Tout nous avons tout aimé la beauté de ce lieu est inexplicable, Skip est un hote parfait. Merci pour ces deux jours magnifiques. 😍

Calme et sérénité
Pros:

Hacienda plein de charme comme on aime .
Endroit calme et paisible.
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil.
La mise à disposition gratuitement de leur machine à laver et sèche linge.
La petite boulangerie à proximité est très appréciable.

Cons:

Chambre sombre.
Un peu loin de tout surtout pour les repas .

Endroit très dépaysant. Chambres originales. A l''extérieur on se croirait dans la jungle.
A côté vous avez un établissement excellent pour petit-déjeuner, de même qu'un restaurant.

Cons:

A l'intérieur de la chambre une humidité ambiante très désagréable, de même que l'odeur et impossible de faire fonctionner la climatisation en mode chauffage pour assécher la pièce.
Un petit conseil : propreté du frigo à améliorer et surtout le dégivrer de temps en temps...

Logement exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique et un jardin luxuriant
Pros:

Logement exceptionnel, nous avons tout aimé : le lieu est magnifique et magique ! Skip le propriétaire est un amour, il nous fait sentir chez nous. Notre chambre était super spacieuse et magnifique 🤩 avec une super vue (on aurait dit qu’on dormait dans la jungle) et une salle de bain spacieuse avec une très grande douche et Wc séparé.
Il y a un frigo dans la chambre avec un petit freezer.
Skip nous laisse à disposition une immense cuisine avec tout dedans !! Le frigo et les placards sont pleins et vous pouvez vous servir comme chez vous. Le café est prêt de bonne heure. Il y a de quoi se préparer le petit déjeuner avec pain ou pain de mie, fruits, confiture, céréales etc…
Il y a même de la glace pour les plus gourmands.
Une fontaine d’eau potable est aussi à disposition.
La piscine est magnifique.
Tout est encore plus beau qu’en photos 😍
On a même utilisé la buanderie avec le lave-linge et sèche linge. Le tout gratuitement !
Le jardin est également magnifique.
On a eu plaisir à croiser Doubby le petit chien et Cassie le chat.
C’était tellement bien que j’en ai presque pleuré en partant.
C’est sûr que si nous devons revenir au Mexique, nous reviendrons ici.
Pour un premier logement dans notre Road trip, la barre est tellement haute que je ne sais pas si on pourra mieux faire !
Merci encore à Skip pour sa gentillesse et pour sa délicate attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage 🫶

Cons:

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le logement la première fois car nous sommes arrivés de nuit et un camion nous cachait l’entrée du chemin à cause de travaux sur la chaussée (sans ça, on aurait trouvé facilement). Vous n’aurez pas de problème en suivant les directions du propriétaire (il vous envoie un document avec toutes les explications, il faut bien les suivre).

A beautiful quiet oasis
Pros:

Skip was a wonderful and friendly host. The hotel is beautiful, draped in greenery. The pool was relaxing and a fun layout. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft. The resident cat and dog were cute and sweet. We didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy all the offerings at the hotel and nearby- next time!

Cons:

Hooks for wet towels would be wonderful in the bathroom.

Authenticité et calme à 15 minutes du centre de Playa del Carmen
Pros:

Endroit magnifique et hors du temps. Hacienda typique et authentique. Le propriétaire et son équipe sont d’une gentillesse incroyable. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

A magical place!
Pros:

This place is a gem in Playa Del Carmen. It is lush, beautiful and peaceful. Skip and Glen are wonderful and friendly! You feel right home. I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Playa.

Pros:

Our stay at Hacienda Hotel Xcaret was extremely pleasant. The property itself is magical, set in the middle of the jungle, with plants lushly surrounding the area in a way that feels both natural and elegant. The pool is truly fascinating, like swimming in a natural pond. The quiet area is definitely a big bonus as well.

We stayed in the Suite King Deluxe, which is very spacious and comfortable. It had the best shower of our entire vacation!

The hosts were wonderful and very helpful in many ways.

Cons:

Getting there can be a bit tricky, so be sure to follow the provided instructions carefully

A beautiful and charming hotel near Playa Del Carmen
Pros:

Staying at La Hacienda Hotel was unique experience. The place was beautiful and charming with wonderful vegetation and a small pool. We enjoyed sitting outside, absorbing the beauty and meeting interesting people.
The building has the feel and charm of an old estate. Other advantages of the place were the proximity to the Xcaret park, very pleasant bakery and restaurant right next to the back entrance and Playa Del Carmen was just a short drive.
Skip, the owner, was very friendly and made sure that we had a pleasant stay - some drinks in the room, access to a washer and dryer and a beautiful and very well stocked shared kitchen.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place.

Cons:

The rooms have huge windows that do not have a screen, making it a bit difficult to get some fresh air.

Pros:

The decorations is amazing, the room is big and comfortable. The service is perfect. There is a nice place for breakfast near by. It's a bit far from everything so it's better to be with a car.
