No pude conectarme a su red wifi y ni siquiera te ponen una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación y después de las 10 de la noche ta no hay servicio al cuarto
El desayuno muy bien
La señorita de reception en algun momento se porto grosera y prepotente.
El joven que nos recibio y llevo a la habitacion, super amable.
La caminata del bosque de los duendes, dejo mucho que desear, en el anuncio presentan el bosque con animacion en el camino y nada que ver, caminamos mucho y no vimos ningun tipo de anumacion, solo los presentadores y su sonido muy feo que no se escuchaba bien.
De regreso prometieron puestos tipo ermes para senar y solo hubo 2 puestos y uno de ellos era el cafe que venia incluido en el pago y no hubo fogata.

Muy cómodo y limpio tanto la habitación como los jardines. La alberca estaba a una temperatura muy agradable.
Que no pude pagar con tarjeta porque parece que tenían problemas con el sistema en ese momento, un inconveniente menor, afortunadamente tenía efectivo a la mano.
Es céntrico, limpio, las habitaciones me gustaron xq aun cuando viajas con familia te da privacidad.

En la habitación nunca tuve Internet, su WiFi solo era en áreas comunes y eso no lo especifican.
El teléfono de la habitación solo estaba de adorno por que estaba dañado, el cable cortado.
Efectivamente hay televisión en la habitación pero solo canales habiertos, no la puedes conectar al Internet, por que no hay... y no cuentan con cable
En la recepcion fue muy amable el señor y en el restaurante muy amables,te atienden rápido y de buena manera,la comida muy rica 👌🏻
En la habitación no sentí estuviera muy limpia había unos animalitos,como cochinillas en la parte de la chimenea,no hay internet lo supuse porque no te dan la clave de Wifi y la TV no tiene canales solo los canales locales y pues no hay mucho que ver.

the food served in the restaurant belonging to the hotel was good, they lit a fire in the chimney for us and the service was very friendly. when it comes to the hotel itself, there really is nothing particularly positive i can come up with
it started with the reception desk, the welcome was uninterested at best. in the pictures we liked the look of the rooms but in real life our room looked uncared for and disshevelled. curtains were hanging loose by a couple of rings and there was no wood or fire-making paraphernalia to make a fire in the chimney ( it was cold and the lit chimney in the photos was one of the reasons we had chosen the place). showers stayed warm for about 2 minutes and there were cigarette stubs on the inside window sill of the bathroom. also, there were other guests partying in the hotel gardens/courtyard up to 2 in the morning
Está grande y bonito el Hotel y cerca de ñl centro de Huasca
el lugar cuenta con todo para que pases un momento agradable y te desplaces a lugares de interes, nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal por lo que en la noche escuchamos el ruido de los camiones tipo 4 o 5 am lo cual fué un tanto incomodo por lo demás es satisfactorio el lugar.

Que la alberca no estaba climatizada
Las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas, el área de jardín junto a la alberca esta bien cuidado y se ve muy agradable, hay una tienda y restaurante ahí mismo lo cual es muy práctico
La alberca es de agua muy fría no se puede usar y claramente se menciona que es climatizada, la habitación que me dieron no tenía teléfono por lo que tuve que salir varias veces para solicitar lo que necesitaba, dan unas pequeñas botellas de shampoo qué parecen ser mas agua qué shampoo
