Pros:

The stay was very plesant, clean and the staffs were
very friendly and safe for travellers. Also
urrounded by lot of food options . Thank you for the great customer service.

Budget friendly but fitting not equipped not well tv not working

The staff said early vacate very disappointed
Morning 10am vacate time but I'm mentioned time clearly
And the western toilet fitting not well it's shaking

On road property

Cons:

Less amenities compared to other hotels , just if we pay 200-300 more
Hotel located in a slope , so room are located downstairs, not so ventilated passage , in case you just wanna stay for a night and sleep then you can adjust , but if you want amenities and feels don't choose

I have booked two room and paid for it but one room is enough for us and I handover the key to them to give another customer but they are not return the money to us. I asked for the reason they said you are booked in the website so we are not return the money. Such a bad experience
