I have booked two room and paid for it but one room is enough for us and I handover the key to them to give another customer but they are not return the money to us. I asked for the reason they said you are booked in the website so we are not return the money. Such a bad experience

Very Disappointing, not value for money.

The room was big enough, with partition.

Cons:

The water is blackish and not good. When complained, the room keeper nonchalantly said that’s it’s the rain water and would get fresh water after switching on motor which no one did, when complained agained in the reception, they have another theory to leave 2 to 3 buckets of water. I did that but still not resolved. The stay simply
