Cons:

Trataram mal minha esposa na saída, retendo ela na portaria até que eu "autorizasse" sua saída. Foi extremamente ofensivo. Acredito que aplicaram o estereótipo da prostituta que dá "golpe" nos seu "cliente". Pra sorte do hotel, ela não quis fazer o registro da ocorrência na delegacia. Precisam aprender a lidar com os hóspedes.
