Personnel impeccable, hôtel joliment rénové, qui a gardé son style colonial.
Pros:

La décoration de la chambre Héritage, le style colonial, les espaces jardins. Le fait d'avoir été dépannée à 5 heures du matin et d'avoir pu faire ouvrir ma valise dont j'avais perdu la clé du cadena pendant mon voyage.

Cons:

Une porte communicante non insonorisée séparait ma chambre de celle d'à côté. Très gênant si votre voisin est bruyant et se couche tard ou si vous souhaitez avoir votre intimité.

Taj Connemara the legacy.
Pros:

Taj Connemara is a legacy in Chennai 130 years old of existence, it's the place to be because their staff are simply top class in the world. Jasmine has been incredible with us during our stay she is an amazing person and manager dor her staff. Gygiansa best smiles and greetings when you pass the door. Pranav 22 years old represent the future of this company, humble, kind and patient a good listener do always the best for the client he is one of the brightest and youngest staff member who represents the future of the company.

Pros:

Very friendly Staff, nice Pool, great Breakfast. Sahji was a great waiter, he knew my morning coffee habits better than my wife :-)

Pros:

Pranav and Jiji at the reception. They represent the future of the company with a bright future, Pranav is exceptional with an outstanding efficiency, Jiji best smile and greetings. Aveer for the maintenance thank you guys. The stay is a journey and a legacy by itself.

Reviews have been forwarded directly to the staff and they fixed it and hope for the future it will be fixe too.

Service and attention to detail from staff was excellent. We felt very happy and relaxed during our stay. Great experience with the spa staff and our son enjoyed the swimming pool. We will come again in future!
