Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein Fahrradunterstellplatz war vorhanden. Das Abendessen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein. Es gibt leider in dem alten Haus keinen Aufzug.

Fantastic hotel and staff with great food. The town itself with painted medieval houses is a must see.
Pros:

The hotel was in the centre of the small town but overlooked the river.
We decided to eat at the hotel and the food was exceptional. The breakfast was also first class. Christian and all the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
I cannot fault this hotel at all.
There is a ferry directly on the river that can take you to the Rhine falls but is often not running the full way due to the river level. You can however get the train to the falls and the station is about a 15 minutes walk from the hotel .

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Depending which room you book, some are quite small but others are very spacious and beautiful.

Déjà la découverte de stein am rhein est une vraie belle surprise..superbe village .
Ensuite l'hôtel est super bien placé au bord du Rhin. le personnel était très bien surtout la dame du petit déjeuner.
La chambre était très propre spacieuse et très belle salle de bain..
Nous avons très bien dormi et pas un bruit de l'extérieur..
Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner et ses choix multiples ..
Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Die Tapas mundeten sehr. Unsere Freunde aus Südfrankreich waren begeistert.
