There is absolutely nothing to like about the property.
Uninhabitable Room Conditions. I have already paid in full for a nine-day stay, but the conditions are a severe violation of basic hospitality standards: First Room number 401: The sink was completely clogged, the shower handle was broken, and the toilet did not flush properly. When brought to the manager's attention, we were simply moved to an even worse room. Second Room number 103: This room had a horrible bathroom odor and a severe mosquito infestation. The shower did not have water pressure. The sink was dirty. The air conditioner was not working properly. Power Outage: At 8:00 PM, the property lost power. The manager stated the generator was broken. We sat outside the reception room till 11.45 pm, then were forced to sit in a pitch-black, overheated room for nearly the entire night.
Broken AC: When power finally returned in the morning, the air conditioner failed to work properly. The hotel manager personally came to the room today, admitted to the poor conditions, and offered a third room change. Moving rooms repeatedly is not a solution. The infrastructure of this entire property is compromised. This environment is entirely unsuitable for a family or a long-term stay. The manager has finally moved us to a third room (Room 301). While this room is slightly better than the previous two disasters, it does not resolve the extreme distress, heat exhaustion, and lack of basic hygiene we endured over the last 24 hours. Given the severe structural and maintenance issues of this entire property, we still do not feel safe or comfortable completing a 9-day family stay here.
