A forest relaxing stay with friends and family
Pros:

The hotel location is fantastic in the middle of the forest, the pool area was very good with a 36 celsius pool, and the room was clean and comfortable.

افطار وعشاء سيء بدون اي اصناف تناسب العرب والمسلمين ( طماط وخيار الى مايفرجه ربك )

الشالية صغير ومحشور وضيق ماتقدر تتنفس عكس الصور

حمل الحقائب متعب جداً لمنطقة السيارات طبعاً اخدم نفسك بنفسك

سعر مرتفع جدا جدا مقابل الموجود

مايصلح للعرب اطلاقاً ماانصح

لا يوجد شطاف

لا تغركم الصور ماصدقت على الله اسوي تسجيل خروج اول مره انام 9 بالليل من الطفش والجوع لافطور ولا عشاء زي الناس 🙂

מלון מפנק להורים ולילדים, בלב יער קסום, עם מתקני wellness מדהימים
Pros:

מלון מפנק מאוד. מתקנים מעולים. הבריכה מחוממת מול הנוף, בנוסף לה, בריכות ג'קוזי וסאונות. הכל מעוצב בטוב טעם. המלון ממוקם בתוך יער ובנוף מדהים. החדר שלנו היה מספיק מרווח עבורנו (הורים ושני ילדים). נהנינו מאוד!

חוויה נהדרת למשפחות. כבר רוצים לחזור !
Pros:

ארוחות בוקר וערב נהדרות, המקום קסום עם אווירה חמימה, נוף נהדר ורגיעה מושלמת. היה כיף לשבת בבר לאחר שהילדים נכנסו למיטות בחדר, כל המשפחה נהנתה מהבריכות ומהספא. יש מתקני משחקים נחמדים ומועדון לילדים. חשבתי שהבקתה תהיה צפופה ל5 נפשות, אבל היא היתה מתאימה בדיוק.
באחד הבקרים הסוללה של הרכב נגמרה והרכב לא התניע, ביקשנו עזרה בקבלה ותוך רבע שעה הגיע איש צוות מיומן עם רכב וציוד מתאים, הרכב הניע ויצאנו לדרך. שירות מעולה!!!

Cons:

קיבולת של הדוד המים קטנה מידי עבור 5 נפשות, אחרי שניים שמתקלחים צריכים להמתין עוד חצי שעה בין כל מקלחת נוספת כי המים פשוט קפואים.
הצוות מלא רצון לעזור וחביב מאוד, אבל לצערי המידע שנמסר על ידיהם איננו מהימן תמיד, עדיף שלא לסמוך על הדברים ולבדוק גם באמצעים אחרים.

Fabulous base for exploring the Chopok region with kids.
Pros:

Kids love the tree houses. Beautiful location, clean facilities. Very good meals. Easy, free parking. Very close to the ski lift and hiking trails.

Cons:

Wellness was a little crowded in the afternoon..
