Hotel com falta de ginásio e com muitos problemas para passarem faturas
Pros:

O pequeno almoço tinha várias secções mas a das frutas era bastante fraca pois a maioria era fruta em calda, quanto á variabilidade de ovos também era pequena...
Tivemos sorte de arranjar sempre estacionamento gratuito mesmo em frente ao hotel

Cons:

Fui informada que poderia frequentar o ginásio do hotel mesmo proximo deste ( mesma cadeia) pois o Planos Deluxe não tinha fitness Club. Quando cheguei ao outro hotel, fui abordada de forma muito grosseira pela gerente desse hotel, que em modos de má educação me expulsou referindo que não podeia estar ali.
Para pedir fatura foi complicadissimo.....não conseguiam/ não queriam dar-me a mesma

Great Value for money
Pros:

All inclusive was only an extra £35 per day which was amazing. Free parking and clean rooms and complementary wine in the room on arrival.

Katastrophal
Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war eine katastrophe, vorallem in den Bädern, die eine Renovierung dringend nötig haben. Jeden kleinsten Ton aus den Nachbarnzimmer konnte man hören, sogar wenn sie den Lichtschalter getätigt haben. Wirklich eine katastrophe. Das Doppelbett für zwei Personen viel zu klein.

Pros:

Lo staff super accogliente molto disponibili la struttura molto bella, la colazione ottima a buffet molto abbondante prodotti di buona qualità e variegata uguale per il pranzo e la cena che se anche decidi di non fare all inclusive e decidi sul momento il pranzo e la cena costano 20 € a persona e puoi usufruire del buffet compreso di bevande ( Coca-Cola alcolici ecc) il personale tutto gentile sopratutto la manager del ristorante dolcissima.

Cons:

Il bagno in camera non è stato dei migliori avendo il lavandino fuori dal bagno ma davanti al letto e questo è un po’ scomodo

Buen hotel pero demasiados niños y ruido.
Pros:

Buena Ubicacion, muy buen trato del personal, muy buen desayuno, buena habitacion.

Cons:

Demasiada gente para la piscina. Mucho desorden. Demasiado ruido de niños y padres jugando. No se podía estar tranquilo en la piscina.

Ihan kiva, mutta hintaansa nähden vaatimaton.
Pros:

Huone oli tilava ja siisti, ja kaapeista löytyi reilusti lisää tyynyjä ja peittoja sekä hiustenkuivain ja kaikenlaista muuta, mitä lomalla saattaa tarvita. Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista.

Cons:

Allasosasto oli erittäin täynnä — jo aamuseitsemältä kaikki aurinkotuolit oli varattu pyyhkeillä, eikä vapaita paikkoja näkynyt. Ilman huoneemme suoraa pääsyä altaalle olisin ollut todella tyytymätön.
Hotellin buffet oli suuri pettymys. Paikallisia makuja ei ollut käytännössä lainkaan, vaan tarjolla oli lähinnä brittituristeille räätälöityä perusmättöä: pizzaa, pastaa, ranskalaisia ja muuta mautonta perusruokaa. Valikoima oli kyllä runsas, mutta niin yllätyksetön ja hengetön, että Siljan buffet tuntuu tähän verrattuna suorastaan fine diningilta.
