L’accueil du personnel exceptionnel ! Ils feront toujours leur maximum pour nous satisfaire. En particulier Deppi qui est une personne formidable dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps.
La chambre très propre avec piscine à accès direct depuis notre terrasse.
Petit déjeuner varié et qualitatif pour tous les goûts.
Hotel très bien situé au calme, non loin de tous les commerces et restaurants et proche de la plage.

As a half-Greek, this was not my first time visiting the island, and I can honestly say that it is worth every single day spent visiting it again. However, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I can say that it met and even exceeded my expectations.

The room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated in a simple and modern style. The restaurant was also very good, offering a great variety of options at every meal, along with efficient and friendly service. My personal highlight was the breakfast buffet. Another plus is the outdoor dining area, which overlooks the pool and provides a lovely atmosphere.

Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.👌🥰

It really is the people who make a place and that was certainly the case here. The hotel is lovely, with a warm, happy atmosphere and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning.
But what truly made our stay special was Deppy. She is exceptional at what she does. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she looked after us so incredibly well. Her favourite phrase was “Don’t worry about anything” and she genuinely meant it. Thank you, Deppy, for making our stay so special!

We chose Planos Deluxe as the hotel for our wedding week, staying with some of our friends, and we had the most enjoyable stay together. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay so special.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, from reception to the pool staff and the lovely maids. They were always so friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The ladies on reception were absolutely wonderful, particularly when it came to helping us organise taxis and transport. They made everything so easy for us.

The hotel itself is clean, inviting and beautifully maintained, and our room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was always hot, fresh and delicious, with plenty to choose from — the perfect way to start each day.

For me personally, the team made such a difference in the lead-up to our wedding and on the wedding day itself. They constantly asked if there was anything they could do to help and made me feel so at ease when I was feeling nervous. A special mention has to go to Deppy, whose kind, positive nature was a real comfort to me. She went out of her way to help me stay calm and enjoy such an important and emotional time. ❤️

They were also incredibly generous in helping us celebrate, leaving bottles of champagne on ice in our room and arranging other lovely little surprises throughout our stay. These thoughtful touches meant so much to us and created memories we’ll never forget.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Planos Deluxe for making our wedding week so special. We felt genuinely looked after from start to finish, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zante. We would love to come back! 🇬🇷❤️

Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία!

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε τη ζεστή φιλοξενία και την προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

Ο χώρος ήταν όμορφος, προσεγμένος και πεντακάθαρος, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει, ενώ συνολικά η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν ιδανική για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση.

Ως μοναδικά σημεία που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν, θα αναφέραμε τον περιορισμένο αριθμό ξαπλωστρών στην πισίνα, καθώς και την ανάγκη για λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στον μπουφέ. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν υπέροχα!
Φεύγουμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και όμορφες αναμνήσεις. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

The property is in a nice location and the size of the rooms are quite comfortable. The restaurant and shared facilities are very well maintained, the pool is lovely, and the rooms with a walk out pool are a nice touch. The food is also good, no surprises or bad experiences there. The staff (especially Deppy) is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and comfortable during their stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
We stayed here for 4 nights and we cannot fault it. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. We got a welcome drink on arrival - alcoholic and non alcoholic options were avalible.
We were on our honeymoon and they really made our stay very memorable. A special mention also to Deppy and Giannis, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We had dinner one night at the sister hotel across the road - this was also very nice.
Our room opened up to a smaller, more private pool which we shared with 4 other rooms. We had our own sun bed beside the pool as well

The food variety was amazing and delicious

The location and the staff especially Peter who was super helpful, and nice. Thank you to all the French and local staff, our stay was amazing thanks to you!

O pequeno almoço tinha várias secções mas a das frutas era bastante fraca pois a maioria era fruta em calda, quanto á variabilidade de ovos também era pequena...
