Pros:

KTDC Chaitram is always the best.

Cons:

AC for not working for the first day. But on request the room was changed the next day.

Instead of joining two single cots in the double room it would be better if one cot is there.

Overall experience was bad.
Cons:

1. There were many small
cockroaches in all the five rooms we had booked. We asked them to give different rooms. The rooms they moved us to in a different floor had the same problem.
2. I had paid for 3 extra beds, they gave only one extra bed and didn’t refund for the extra beds they didn’t give. They just told us to contact booking.com.

Perfect
Pros:

Location was so good that we were able to travel to places like Neyyar, Poovar, Zoo and museum in a very nominal time and it was so easy that we were able to put our staying location in the maps.

Cons:

A bit more like the floor lobbies were not air conditioned and the room maintanance can be a bit more improved

Pros:

Location, staff behavior. Room was clean. Bathroom was super clean. Happy to see a dental kit, though i hve not seen it in many 3 star hotrls.

Cons:

The furniture was all with lots of scratches and looked quite old. The bed linens looked very old and need a replacement. The tea which i called for was served in a jug, which was not so clean.. and the tea tasted really horrendous.. if you ask me if i will book this again, i would say, probably not.

Good stay
Pros:

Location was good considering that the hotel was right in front of the railway station with autos and taxis easily available.

Cons:

I have been staying in this hotel every time i go to Trivandrum and it is now more 6-7 years that i have regularly visiting and staying at this hotel. The hotel building is old now and the no much changes in the rooms since the start. the furniture stays the same so we can see that the overall room looks old.

Location, convenience & polite Staff

Cons:

All facilities are available at the hotel, however our rooms had cockroaches and it’s a concern which needs to be addressed..Otherwise we had a pleasant stay !
