An average stay but never again!
Pros:

The location is excellent!!

Cons:

Basic cleanliness and maintenance of the property could have been better. The room I stayed in had tiny cockroaches at night, which was disappointing. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the service took around 45 minutes, and the chapati and porotta were ready-to-cook items (what we buy from supermarkets) rather than freshly prepared. The next day, even a lemonade ordered to the room took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. Overall, the stay was average, but it may not be the first choice for travellers looking for 'perfect' stay.

My experience was slightly dampened by the service at the reception. I felt the staff’s attitude was dismissive, which was disappointing as it did not match the high standard of the property itself. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are worst. Not value for money.

Cons:

There are so many insects, cockroaches in the room, we could not sleep entire the night. Try to provide insecticides in the room
