Sehr, sehr schön. Besonders nettes Personal, mega Frühstück.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung: Badezimmer war sehr schmal, vor den Waschbecken sehr eng.

Vi är väldigt nöjda. Hotellet är jättefint och lyxigt!
Pros:

Väldigt lugnt och fint! Extremt fint interiör och känslan är väldigt lyxig och härlig! Bara 25 rum vilket gör att det var väldigt lugnt både på frukosten och vid poolen. Bra frukost!

Cons:

Vi blev debiterade i efterhand för att receptionen ringt taxi till oss, vilket vi aldrig blev informerade om. Eftersom hotellet ligger en bit från stan behöver vi ta taxi in dit eller till andra stränder varje dag. Så ja, när de erbjöd oss att ringa en taxi till oss tackade vi ja. Men absolut något vi kunde gjort själva om vi visste det var en kostnad (som jag kan tycka borde ingå i priset man betalar)

I would have liked beach access, It appears you have it from photos, you can walk to a beach, but there is not one with access from the property

Already planning our next visit to this gem of a hotel in Palma
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it’s clear that so much thought has gone into styling it throughout. We loved the pool area, the restaurant and the living room especially. The staff were incredible and I have never felt so well looked after. They make a point of knowing who you are and what your room number is so you only tell them once. The location is wonderful and the perfect distance from the centre of Palma and full of lovely bars and restaurants.

A perfect escape from the stresses of life to relax but equally able to enjoy Palma city.
Pros:

It has a lovely calm atmosphere. The pool area is wonderful, the food excellent and overall a wonderful experience.

Cons:

The nighttime staff were a little unhelpful and unfriendly when we returned from a night out and wanted to continue drinking in the bar. We were made to feel a little 'in the way'

I would recommend it as it is a small boutique hotel with a beautiful view over the harbor and sea
