The sun bed wars situation would put me off going again but that’s not down to the hotel but you can get one away from the pool without running.

Pros:

El buffet es super completo y muy buena la comida. Además sus horarios son amplios y permiten adaptarse bien. Parking cómodo, hemos podido aparcar todos los días sin problemas. El paseo y la playa tienen salida directa desde el hotel. Personal muy amable. Variedad en cuanto a shows nocturnos, muchas opciones de actividades y animación durante el día.

Cons:

Muchos reservan las hamacas desde primera hora y sin darle uso durante el día.. con el viento que hay en la isla, resulta difícil colocar sombrillas y por tanto no hay muchas zonas de sombra. Hay que apartarse y colocarse bajo las palmeras. El hotel es conocedor de este problema.

Pros:

Cercanía playa y silencio de noche

Cons:

Cucarachas por la noche en el baño
Piscina imposible usar hamacas siempre ocupadas
Sin zona fumadores
Bar piscina un día genial con barbacoa, el resto muy flojo
Es un hotel pensado solo para turismo extranjero

Nice hotel, amazing location
Pros:

everything pretty much. Nice big and spacious rooms. Some with sea view. Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, reasturants and shops near ny. fun activites by the pool. Nice beach also for kids. Temperature really nice. Warm but not too hot. No mosquitoes.

Cons:

bit crowded at lunch time in restaurant. Sunbeds were quickly taken in the morning.

A good hotle
Pros:

Large bedrooms - try and book sea/pool view.
Food was excellent
Pools could be more child friendly
Make sure you watch our vlog on The Lollie and Markie Show over on You Tube for full hotel walk about

Pros:

L'emplacement, l’ambiance, la variété des repas, le all-inclusive et surtout le personne de FRAMISSIMA (Douglas, Johnn, Amandine et Ines)

Cons:

* Le non accompagnement à notre arrivée (manque d’information à l'accueil). Heureusement que l'équipe FRAMISSIMA était présente alors que nous n'avions pas réservé via FRAM.
* Aucune personne ne parlait le français contrairement à l’indication sur Booking.com
* Plus de gel douche dans notre salle de bain

Bel endroit pour des vacances avec des enfants.
Pros:

L’hôtel et Les alentours aux bords de plage étaient très agréables
Les activités pour les adultes et les enfants étaient très sympa même pour les enfants qui n’allaient pas au kids club différentes choses étaient proposés. L’équipe d’animation était top

Déçus de la nourriture
Souvent la même chose pour les plats principaux le midi et le soir en terme de choix de viandes par exemple.
Ça a vraiment été le bémol de l’hotel
Parcontre un très bon petit déjeuner varié

Hotel que necesita mejora en cuanto mobiliario y bajar volumen de musica
Pros:

Destacar en positivo la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal ,tanto en la recepción ,comedor ,servicio de limpieza ,el acceso a la playa que es directo.Es un todo incluido ,la comida bien

Nos sorprendió el deterioro del mobiliario en todo el hotel incluidas las habitaciones, le comentamos al personal de recepción que el volumen de la musica que ponen dutrante el dia ,no solo en momentos puntuales durante las horas de entretenimiento ,era muy elevado impidiendo el descanso
