Vratićemo se sigurno
Pros:

Za svaku preporuku. Presladak dvorac u malom uređenom krajoliku nadomak Šmajerskih toplica. Naš Veselin je bio veoma predusretljiv i za svaku pohvalu kao pravi domaćin.

Très déçus par notre retour. La qualité n'est plus la même.
Pros:

Nous avions séjourné dans cet établissement l’année dernière et nous en étions partis ravis. C'est donc en toute confiance que nous avons décidé de revenir cette année, mais la déception est malheureusement au rendez-vous.

Cons:

La qualité globale a fortement baissé. Le point le plus critique concerne l'hygiène : la salle de bain était négligée et la douche était franchement sale, avec de nombreuses traces de moisissure sur les joints.
Côté restauration, ce n'est plus du tout le même niveau non plus. La qualité des plats a nettement diminué par rapport à l'an passé.
Dommage, car nous avions un excellent souvenir de notre premier séjour, mais l'expérience actuelle fait que nous ne reviendrons plus.

Bellissimo hotel. Colazione molto buona e abbondante.

Cons:

L'unica piccola nota la farei al personale delle pulizie. È un peccato che una struttura così pulita e bella non curi i dettagli. La doccia va pulita meglio perché c'erano zone con muffa. Consiglio alla signora che pulisce di entrarci e guardare con l'occhio di un cliente.

Quaint spot
Pros:

We were at the end of a whirlwind trip around Slovenia. We planned this as down time. It was perfect. The town was small but beautiful. The hotel had an outside area where we enjoyed a pre dinner drink. The restaurant in the hotel was great

Cons:

The window of our room was right outside an air conditioner of another hotel. I think it was room 14. I am sure other rooms would have been quieter. just request a different room
