Nice hotel with great staff
Pros:

Excellent breakfast w/a great selection of foods - nice way to start the day. Wellness center was a nice plus that we hadn't expected. Staff was very helpful and kind. Would recommend / stay again.

Pros:

バス停から近く、大きな荷物がある人には便利な立地。部屋は清潔でアメニティも揃っています。街は小さいので、中心地まではすぐに行け、ロープウェイ乗り場までも難なく歩いて行けます。スタッフもとても親切で感じが良かったです。

Cons:

部屋からの景色は街の中なので、とても良いとはいえませんが、ホテルの外に出れば、すぐに山々が見えます。

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Good location, clean, alp style. Friendly staff (they even borrowed me hiking poles).

Cons:

Minor thing, but some vegetables at breakfast would have been nice.

Old but gold spot!
Pros:

The staff was really helpful. The rooftop sauna was great, not crowded and always clean. Huge parking space in front of the hotel. The service to the ski cabins was prompt. The breakfast was rich enough (hope they change their coffee, though). I was so happy to get some special plant-based treats for breakfast. Huge thank you to all the hotel team!

Wonderful value and service in an otherwise expensive town.
Pros:

Pros:

Awesome experience, highly attentive crew who helped us every step of the way. Including daily shuttle to skis area, ski selection, concierge services etc. great location in the town center, very clean and well organized suite.

Amazing stay and amazing hotel
Pros:

Amazing food and restaurant staff.
Very welcoming reception and spa teams. Spa is of very high quality. Transfer and logistics is well organized. Locker is clean, all driers were working - definitely made with love to sport. This hotel feels like home, where you will always be welcomed.

Pros:

Läget är utmärkt för att nå restauranger i byn och även de nedre lifterna. Spat, med bastun med utsikten mot Matterhorn är fantastisk. All personal är fantastisk.

Cons:

Det är lite lyhört och städning i korridoren börjar rätt tidigt. Det väcks man av om man vill sova lite längre. Men om man vill vara först i backen, så är det väl ett mindre problem :-)
