Soggiorno davvero piacevole
Pros:

Hotel nuovo, camera pulitissima e ottima posizione nel centro storico di Angra.

Cons:

Piscina e spa punti un po’ più deboli ma del resto è il recupero di un edificio antico in mezzo alle vie del centro.

Ok, mas não voltaria
Pros:

Boa localização e cama confortável. Boa massagem.

Cons:

Hotel muito escuro. Fotografias dos quartos e da piscina enganam face à realidade. Pequeno almoço muito fraco.
Sauna e banho turco fechados.
Staff pouco profissional, não atendem o telefone e dão indicações contraditórias.

Pros:

Muy céntrico, en estructura histórica, design muy bonito de las habitaciones y del hotel - de revista de interiorismo.

Cons:

Piscina mínima y en manutención con pocas tumbonas; la habitación que nos tocó muy oscura; restaurante bueno pero servicio no a la altura. En general es muy buen hotel pero le falta atención en los detalles para ser un 5 estrellas.

Świetny hotel z pysznymi śniadaniami

A comfortable and very special hotel
Pros:

Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at Torel Terra Brava. The room was lovely with a very comfortable large bed. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delightful experience with attentive, friendly and helpful staff, an ample buffett as well as a breakfast menu one could order from. There was an indoor and outdoor pool which unfortunately given there was so much to see and do on Terceira we didn't have time to use. The whole experience was one of understated elegance. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again.
