Nettes Personal kann Hotelkomfort nicht kompensieren.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, das uns nach Rückfrage sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben hat. Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und die Lage für ans Seeufer, ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Beide angebotenen Zimmer sind unter der Erde mit erhöhten Fenstern, die man nicht offen lassen kann (Strassenseite). Der Ablauf der Klimaanlage des Nachbarn war gut hörbar. Die Klimaanlage ist nur grob einstellbar. Badezimmer eher klein.

Gute Lage, freudlicher Empfang

Cons:

TV hat nicht funktioniert. Hatte Haare in Dusche und auf dem Bett, Dusche Dichtung ist abgefallen, kein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer (beim Kollegen hatte es Kaffe umd Tee).

Pros:

Sehr zentral zur Promenade und City.
Sehr höfliche Angestellte mit einem freundlichen Lächeln im Gesicht. Tolles Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl und sehr gutem Kaffee.
