Location was amazing and breakfast was excellent.
Rooms need a little updating. Having a key with the hotel name and room number could probably do with changing - we left our key at reception so not a major issue.
Very beautiful and always want to come back. The church bell was so charming and adorable. The water was so sweet and soothing. Staffs are so sweet. The breakfast was so convenient and lovely. I enjoyed the bar and the iced coffee that the lady made for me. It was soooo good after coming back from ocean and souvenir shopping. Easy access from station. You can go with taxi too.
No don’t like issue at all.
The reception staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable with our stay. We were allowed to check in early, we were given towels for the beach, the room was sparkling clean, the aircondition worked perfectly, we could leave our luggage after check out and if we wanted, we could even take a shower after check out as they have separate facilities. After check out the reception lady took my laptop in to make sure it was safe while we had our last stroll in the city. Overall, I felt they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly appreciated!
Nothing, everything was perfect!
The air conditioning seemed to be set by front desk. We would have liked the room to be cooler but no matter what we set the temperature to it did not cool to our liking.
Fabulous setting, in the historic old town and near to the beach. The staff made us very comfortable and were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view from our balcony. Also loved the roof gardens, amazing.
Great location, easy check in, good breakfast. We had early check out, staff organised take away breakfast which was very much appreciated.

The property is so close to everything in Monterosso and the old town is superior for sure! The breakfast that’s included is INCREDIBLE.

locatia ok ca si pozitionare, este la 5 minute de plaja veche si la 10 minute fata de gara. gradina de la ultimul etaj - superba! micul dejun nu a fost foarte diversificat, dar gustos.
aerul conditionat era presetat, nu se putea regla fan-ul si sufla foarte tare; camera prea mica avand in vedere ca am inchiriat pentru 3 persoane; mirosul putin ranced / umed, desi nu parea sa fie umezeala asa cum intalnesti in unitatile de cazare de la mare in general
The location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to get to from the old town’s piazza Garibaldi with a mild incline and some stairs to get to the entrance. The hotel was very clean, the staff so nice, and the buffet breakfast (included) was very good. This was the perfect place to stay during our time in Cinque Terre!
