Important information:

To guarantee your reservation, the property holds your credit card details provided in the booking process, to then make the 100% charge as maximum 3 days before the check-in date.

You are notified of total amount of tax to be paid during and after completing the reservation process. If the reservation is canceled, there may be charges due.

Check-in is at 3 PM, you can arrive earlier and make use of the facilities while your room is ready.
Check-out is at 12 PM (midday), you can return the key and enjoy the facilities the rest of the day.

If you do not check-out by 12 PM (midday), you will be charged Q 100 for each hour or extra fraction.

Children under 10 years stay free of charge and are not eligible for complimentary breakfast.

It is forbidden to consume alcohol inside hotel facilities that have not been purchased at the property. The only exception is having obtained prior authorization and paying uncork fees.

For the well-being of all, noise is not allowed after 10 PM inside or outside the rooms.

This hotel is simply wonderful. I honestly can’t put into words how kind and attentive everyone was throughout our stay. The pool was extremely clean, the surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful, and the entire place felt peaceful and relaxing.The only thing that might have made the room even more comfortable would have been a fan, as it did get a little warm at times. However, I’m sure that if we had called the front desk, they would have been more than happy to help. Items such as an iron and hair dryer are also available upon request from reception.Overall, everything was wonderful and we had an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.



Este hotel es simplemente maravilloso. No podría describir con palabras lo amables y atentos que fueron todos durante nuestra estadía. La piscina estaba extremadamente limpia, la naturaleza alrededor es hermosísima y todo el lugar transmite mucha tranquilidad.
Lo único que quizás habría hecho la habitación aún más cómoda sería tener un abanico, ya que por momentos hacía un poco de calor. Sin embargo, estoy segura de que si hubiéramos llamado a recepción, con mucho gusto nos habrían ayudado. También cuentan con artículos como plancha y secador de cabello disponibles solicitándolos en recepción.
Todo estuvo perfecto y tuvimos una experiencia excelente. Definitivamente es un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería con mucho gusto.
