Lipsa personal la recepție. Hotelul pare părăsit, nimeni nu-ti poate oferi un sfat...nicimacar o harta.
Mic dejun basic. La piscina nu funcționează tunurile de apa. Locatia destul de excentrica.

Bine pozitionat fata de strada principala si centru

Cons:

Calitatea generala e mediocra. Izolatia este o gluma, toata noaptea auzi canalizarile, curgerea apelor de la dus sau chiuvete, iti trebuie nervi tari. Iar micul dejun este precar de-a dreptul.

Останахме очаровани от престоя си в Agusta Hotel! Всичко беше на ниво 6 от 6 – безупречна чистота, уютни и комфортни стаи, вкусна храна и страхотна СПА зона за релакс. Персоналът е изключително любезен, отзивчив и усмихнат. Локацията е много удобна за разходки из Велико Търново и разглеждане на забележителностите. Горещо препоръчвам и със сигурност ще посетим отново!

Pros:

Хотелът има отлично разположение на 3 минути от центъра на града. Стаите са уютни и много чисти. Разполагат и с кана за гореща вода. Нямахме време да се възползваме от закрития басейн, но е плюс, че го има. Възползвахме се обаче от подземния паркинг и бяхме спокойни за автомобила си.
