L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel : inexistant, à la limite de l’incorrect…
Le restaurant : cuisson douteuse, malade le lendemain (je ne pense pas que ce soit une coïncidence…)

Pros:

Blev taget rigtig godt imod og følte mig velkommen på en virkelig rar måde. Fantastisk restaurant med hurtig og god betjening, og så ligger hotellet super smukt og fantastiske omgivelser.

Cons:

Eneste minus var morgenmaden. Den var lidt skuffende sat op mod den høje standard de ellers leverede, og det der så mest appetitligt ud havde de ikke nok af til alle gæster.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Restaurant super. Die Zimmer müssten besser kontrolliert werden ob wirklich alles
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, es ist ruhig und eine tolle gepflegte Anlage und einem schönen Pool.
Wir waren abends in dem dazugehörigen Restaurant essen und das war wirklich sehr lecker. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Leider wurde der Tisch beim Frühstück nicht abgeräumt, das Personal lief mehrfach vorbei und nahm das dreckige Geschirr nicht mit.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war ein völlig verschmutztes Kissen, welches wir aus dem Schrank geholt haben. Das war sehr eklig und wir haben es leider erst am Morgen bemerkt.
Ansonsten muss man wissen, dass es kein deutsches Fernsehen gibt.

Great location I hope they fix the tiny things that were a disappointment

The location, the outside area is great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I’m a returning guest of the facility. I was there in June, the difference was huge but not in a good way unfortunately. We were with our 2 year old kid and they left it sleep on a sunken unsecured coach instead of a baby cot as last time. A bit disappointing. Also, one of the AC on the room next door was apparently broken and very very loud, so we could not sleep on an open door. Paid restorant by the pool is a bit expensive but very tasty.

Estupendo para descansar de tu viaje

Excelente para hacer un descanso de tu viaje.

Aunque no está lejos, para ir a Veliko es peligroso ir andando. No hay arcenes en la carretera para caminar.

Pros:

Chambres bien décorées et confortables, avec un petit balcon. Environnement calme, jolie piscine.
Buffet de petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Un peu loin de la ville à pied.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

L'accueil des réceptionnistes, le confort de la chambre, le balcon et la vue sur la piscine et la montagne.

Cons:

La prestation restauration etait en deçà des attentes. L'hôtel est un peu isolé, sans réel accès piétonnier au centre ville.

Чистотата , храната , спокойствието . Хотела не е препълнен с хора и няма шумни компании , тържества , оркестри и т.н. Обслужването в ресторанта беше много добро . Храната - прясно приготвена , вкусна . Порциите - достатъчни , дори големи . Около басейна имаше достатъчно шезлонги , въпреки че хотела беше пълен . Хареса ни много . Пак ще си починем в него .

Un hotel foarte bun
Pros:

Un hotel foarte bine amplasat, natura din jurul locației este minunata, este foarte plăcut și relaxant vara să stai pe terasa și să admiri pădurea!
Micul dejun este foarte bun, mâncarea este foarte proaspătă, variată, pe toate gusturile, iar personalul foarte atent să reumple tăvile. Lenjeriile de pat și prosoapele in cameră foarte curate, am apreciat! Un loc de relaxare plăcut! Locuri de parcare în curte. Sper ca standardele hotelului să se păstreze, vom reveni cu plăcere!
