Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, and great room service. We asked to change our room, and the staff were absolutely cooperative, understanding, and helpful. We really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the restaurant service was not at the same level as in previous years. Nevertheless, we decided to dine elsewhere and continued to enjoy the hotel itself and the other aspects of our stay.

Beautifull stay
Pros:

Renovated hotel with very friendly staff, spacious rooms, parking lots, lift, located on the end of boardwalk but 5 min on foot from city center. Breakfast is served on the terrace of hotel's restaurant. Spa and wellness is very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast pansions menu modification should be considered having in mind more balanced nutritions per each menu (for instance vegetables, proteins should be served in every menu)

Personalet på hotellet var hyggelig og hjelpsom

Cons:

Mye bråk av barn på basseng, foreldre gjorde ingenting, etter klager på resepsjonen de var litt roligere, men neste dag samme situasjon.Tror personalet trenger hjelp av en mannlig ansatt til å si i fra.Vi har vært der i en uke og hver eneste dag har vært mye bråk av samme barn og samme familie.Trodde de eide plassen.👎

Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Pool- und Wellness konnte man nutzen aber leider sind wir nur eine Nacht dort gewesen und wollten mehr von der Ortschaft sehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

En trevlig och bekväm vistelse med mycket trevlig personal och ett utmärkt läge, men frukosten och städningen kan förbät
Pros:

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget var också mycket bra, med närhet till allt, vilket gjorde vistelsen väldigt bekväm

Cons:

Frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre. Det hade varit trevligt med bättre kaffe och ett större utbud på bordet. De hårdkokta äggen var tyvärr iskalla och brödet hade kunnat vara färskare. Städningen var helt okej, men under en vistelse på 7 dagar hade det varit bra om rummet hade dammsugits och moppats åtminstone en gång.
