Pros:

The room was always clean when we got back from our day out. We felt extremely safe especially having someone there 24/7.

Cons:

The only thing we had a little problem with was having the tv remote work but that's really the only thing.

El desayuno delicioso!, todas las personas del staff muy amables y nos ayudó en todo lo que requerimos. La piscina espectacular, terraza. La ubicación perfecta, a pesar que se encuentra en una calle muy concurrida, no hay ruido y se puede descansar perfecto. Recomendado

En la habitación faltaba algún detallito para darle un poquito más de calidez ya que el resto del hotel estaba muy bonito arreglado y el armario se atascaba cada vez que abrías la puerta.

Sehr zentrales Hotel mitten in Getsemaní. Man ist sehr schnell im Leben der Stadt, aber auch schnell wieder in der Ruhe, da die Zimmer relativ ruhig sind. Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Carlos hat uns jeden Abend auf jeden Fall das Nachhausekommen versüsst.

Ottima posizione nel pieno centro del coloratissimo e vivace quartiere Getsemani. Appena esci dall'hotel ti ritrovi immerso nell'atmosfera tipica colombiana con i suoi colori i suoi profumi la gente del posto... il fascino di Plaza Trinidad sempre piena di gente... i venditori di tour che ti assillano... Camera non molto grande ma pulita, bagno essenziale ma comodo. Colazione da migliorare, servizio molto lento sarebbe meglio fare un buffet in modo che la gente possa servirsi da sola... poca varietà di cibo. Poca disponibilità del personale della reception (a parte il portiere notturno sempre gentile e sorridente). La mia amica stava male con la pancia e non poteva mangiare quasi nulla a colazione, abbiamo chiesto per cortesia di poter avere un pezzo di pane e una banana la sera prima per il giorno dopo visto che avevamo in programma un tour alle 7:45 ci è stato detto di attendere al mattino e che alle 7 ci avrebbero servito... ci hanno fatto attendere fino alle 7:20 (dopo diversi solleciti) e sembravano anche molto scocciate. Si può trovare di meglio.
