Problème de chasse d’eau
Chambre calme malgré la route. Cafetière, dosettes à dispo dans la chambre.
Installations un peu datée au niveau de la douche. Ventilation et chasse d'eau des WC très bruyantes. Pas de placard, cintres, etc...
Chambre vieillote et sale

lit qui faisait la cuvette, ventilateur de la salle de bain qui fait un bruit d'avion quand on allume la lumière (obligé de rester dans le noir quand on va au toilette sinon le bruit du ventilateur réveille les autres personne…), douche moisi.

Le personnel était agréable
La propreté laisse à désirer … les toilettes n’étaient pas nettoyées, la VMC non plus et il y avait des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain.
Le pain et le gâteau du petit déjeuner étaient secs.
La réactivité de la direction pour résoudre les problèmes
J’avais réservé une chambre avec terrasse et je me suis retrouvée au 1 er étage (une erreur). On m’a attribué une autre chambre qui correspondait à ce que j’avais réservé, la chambre très bien sauf que la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Re-changement de chambre certe encore mieux sauf qu’il y’avait une odeur des égouts qui remontait du dessous du plancher sinon la chambre était très bien. Beaucoup d’erreurs sachant que je n’ai rencontré personne.
