Pros:

Struttura carina, curata e pulita. A 5 minuti dal centro. Personale gentile e attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. Da tenere in considerazione per il prossimo viaggio.

Great place to stay in Noto
Pros:

Emanuel was very helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything to cook. It was also very hot in Noto and the apt has two ACs which really make a difference. The place is super central to many restaurants which is like 3 min walk to the city centre. Finally, the apt was very clean and nice.

comodo, accogliente e ci siamo trovati molto bene
Pros:

l’appartamento si trova in zona centrale letteralmente a due passi, molto accogliente e Emanuele il proprietario super gentile e disponibile, grazie di tutto lo consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

l’unica cosa è il parcheggio che effettivamente si trova quasi sempre vicino a casa ma la via è molto stretta e bisogna fare attenzione ai marciapiedi, per il resto tutto perfetto

Il mio soggiorno in questo alloggio è stato davvero eccellente. Le stanze pulitissime, l’ambiente estremamente silenzioso e i letti confortevoli .

Pros:

Bed & Breakfast situato a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Noto, comodamente raggiungibile anche in auto. Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento n. 2 e l’ho trovato pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno in totale tranquillità.

La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata sempre semplice, puntuale e cordiale, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più agevole.

Pur non trattandosi di una struttura di fascia alta, offre un ottimo livello di comfort. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, ideali per chi desidera una soluzione pratica per visitare la città e i dintorni.

Buono anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, che rende la struttura una scelta interessante per visitare Noto e il territorio circostante.

Cons:

L’unico vero limite è rappresentato dal parcheggio, ma si tratta di una criticità comune a gran parte del centro storico di Noto e quindi non imputabile alla struttura.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Es war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren gemütlich die Terrasse schön und die Lage gut.

Cons:

Es gibt nur eine außenküche die schlecht ausgestattet ist. Keine Küche innen oder Option innen zu kochen oder zu essen was wenn es kalt wird etwas doof sein lan. Die terasse war aber schön und groß hätte aber sauberer sein können.

Could have been so much better with a few essential simple changes.
Pros:

I would love to have given a great review and recommended to others but sadly I feel I can't. The location was great and the bathroom and bedroom were clean. However there were several negative aspects. The outdoor area potentially could have been incredible, if it had been swept and the rickety table and furniture replaced or cleaned. Other negative aspects listed below. I feel if the host made a few essential and very simple changes he would get great reviews and it would be a top quality place to stay.

Cons:

No key was left for us so had to wait half an hour for host's father to drive over and give us the keys. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, or the outside sink (I think the pressure was too low, so only a dribble in the bathroom). No kitchen utensils were left - no chopping board, bread knife or even a sharp knife, so making breakfast was impossible. Only plates and glasses and a few knives and forks were left. No tea towel left and only a used old sponge/scourer left. The outdoor area wasn't swept very well and furniture was a bit dusty and bird poo on the sofa and chairs which could have been cleaned off before our arrival. The sheet on the bed was too small for the mattress so by the morning we often found ourselves lying on the bare mattress (as no undersheet or matress protector either).
