Budget stay, delightful staff
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely, worked hard to make me feel comfortable and were so happy to help. The lovely lady who greeted me was a sweetheart.

Cons:

No aircon, but there wasn’t a fan in the room when I got there and the fan I was given was fairly useless. Also not many charging points.

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass England / Newcastle so gefährlich ist.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe der Millenium Brücke und zur City ist sehr gut. Es handelt sich um ein modernes und gut ausgestattettes Hotel.

Cons:

Achtung Motorradfahrer: in der Nacht hat man versucht, das auf dem Hotelparkplatz (ist nicht einfach von der STraße einsehbar) abgestellte Motorrad zu stehlen und es dabei schwer beschädigt. Ein Hotelmitarbeiter hatte dies in der Videoüberwachung wohl bemerkt und die Polizei gerufen. Mglw. wurde der Diebstahl dadurch vereitelt. Es befindet sich eine Schranke an der Durchfahrt, es ist aber genug platz für ein Motorrad. Es hat den Anschein, dass der versuchte Diebstahl bewußt ausgekundschaftet und durchgeführt werden sollte.

Pros:

Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. A decent size room with everything we needed and a great location...easy walk into Newcastle.

Cons:

There was a leaking overflow at the entrance to the hotel which didn't smell too good, but I'm sure that will have been rectified.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

It's only short walk to the seafront and across the millenium bridge to reach the city. Parking was 10 quid per night, it was good, secure and well lit, can even see my car from my room. Continental breakfast was good at 7 quid. Bed was huge and shower was good.

Cons:

The TV was too small and it's not a smart TV. Room was very dark and only had two lights, chairs seems a bit dated. The EV car charger onsite ws an slow charger, had to drive to a Tesla supercharger which took over 20 minutes each way.
