We loved the Breakfast ladies! The two women working were so friendly and helpful.
The food at breakfast was also very good with many options
No concerns
Good value city centre chain hotel with large comfortable rooms and onsite bar and restaurant for meals and breakfast. Parking @ £10 is good for city centre, but maybe should be included in the guest price. Breakfast bought in advance was good value. Surprisingly quiet given that we stayed the bank holiday weekend and Newcastle was jumping!
Nothing really.
Great staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, EV charger, handy location with a car park.
The sink was blocked in my bathroom which cleaning staff must have been aware of.
The hotel seems to have started taking in people with housing difficulties, which is admirable to some point and I have stayed before when they have been there with no issues. However, on this occasion there was a group of them who were loud and drinking heavily on the night, and then at breakfast time there was one who was obviously still drunk and he had an altercation with waiting staff over helping himself to food.
Breakfast was nice, although not a large selection of hot food
Good value comfortable hotel. The location was ideal for the bustling river area of Newcastle. It was great having parking.
The location was excellent and the staff were really good the young lady on the reception was really helpful I had made a mistake and booked 3 rooms I only needed 1 but she contacted booking . Com and resolved the issues
Many thanks
The staff were so lovely and helpful
Nothing!
Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back
Comfortable, clean room and sufficient parking available. Staff were always helpful and friendly. A couple of minutes walk over the Millennium Bridge into Newcastle city.
Location of hotel, can be noisy at times and we had people running in the hallway and talking very loudly at 2pm at night.
A modern, mid-range hotel which has everything you need for a comfortable stay - including food and drink on-site. My room was a decent size, well-designed and functional. Staff were very helpful.
The hotel location feels a bit remote, on the Gateshead side of the Tyne, with few facilities immediately nearby. You'll need to walk quite a lot (which I was OK with): Newcastle centre is about 25 minutes away on foot but the Glasshouse and Baltic are close by. Uber is available too.
The location was good, parking was reasonable and the staff were lovely.
While the room was booked as a Superior, there were a few functional issues during the stay. Upon arrival, the bathroom sink was blocked - I unblocked it with a water bottle but not completely, and the room's lighting was dim and impractical for daily use. Additionally, the room lacked air conditioning, and because the windows are restricted and do not open past the outer wall, it was not possible to establish any airflow or breeze. Finally, according to the floor map, the vast majority of superior rooms face adjacent buildings rather than offering a river view, which is worth noting for future guests.
Great location
24 hour front desk
Nice large room
Pillows could do with being replaced
Staff were very helpful we got an early check in
Easy to find lots of parking
Room was very clean with comfortable bed
Great location for quayside
Great pr6
poor plumbing in shower meant that the whole shower and toilet floor flooded when shower was used
Great location to get around Gateshead and Newcastle
Early check out 11am
