Leisure Club opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday, 07:00 until 21:15, Saturday, 09:00 until 17.15 and Sunday 08:00 until 15:!5. Please note last entry into the Leisure Club will be 30 minutes prior to closing time. The Leisure Club will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Specially reception staff Dion and David are incredibly helpful , we are having excellent service. They went beyond their duty to help us to fill welcomed.

Great location and lovely staff.
Room very hot and loud but that is to be expected in a city centre hotel I suppose. Fridge not working. Windows didn't open very wide so room stiflingly hot. Swimming pool was not included in the room charge which we didn't expect but we paid anyway as we wanted a swim. Pool was in different building and was ok but very small. Jacuzzi was broken and showers did not work. Waste of money.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Really secure - when we returned at night, staff checked our room number and booking name before allowing us to enter.
The room was dated and could have done with a refresh. A towel had a yellow stain on it and the beds felt way narrower than a single bed. We felt we’d fall out if we rolled over!
Breakfast was ok.
Having to wait as short of staff 10 minute to be seated at 8am.

The window did not open and therefore the room was a bit warm
although the room was a little dated it was fine for us, the location to train station and main attractions is good, breakfast was good.
Great location for an early train
Dropped a make up stick behind the desk. When I went to retrieve it, it was obvious that hidden space hadn't been cleaned in ages.
Fabulous location, great staff and very clean room. Lovely pool and spa. Breakfast was tasty, lived the buffet style.
It was a bit noisy due to local music vibe.

Rooms need a refurb seen better days and were smelly, shocked used to be a regulat visitor to the royal but since COVID days its gone downhill.

Chambre très spacieuse mais un vrai labyrinthe avec beaucoup d'escaliers (il y a aussi un ascenseurs mais il faut emprunter des marches). Hôtel qui est un peu dans son jus mais on y a passé une nuit, très bien car emplacement très central.
