Waren zum wiederholten Mal im Timmerdorfer Strand. Bei diesem Hotel bleiben wir !!
Pros:

Top Lage ! Sehr gutes Frühstück ( wirklich für jeden was dabei) ! Im Zimmer fehlte nicht ! Kommen gerne wieder !!

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund eines akuten Krankheitsfalls in der Familie bereits nach der zweiten Nacht vorzeitig abbrechen. Umso mehr haben wir es geschätzt, wie verständnisvoll und kulant das Hotel reagiert und uns auch finanziell entgegengekommen ist. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank für das Entgegenkommen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lage ist super! Hotel auch ganz schick - etwas alt!

Cons:

Das Personal ist absolut unmenschlich! Keine Flexibilität, kein Verständnis, kein Herz! Auf den ersten Blick nett aber komplett stur!!!
