Etwas altbacken aber sehr sauber und gepflegt
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und grosszügiges Zimmer. Etwas gar in die Jahre gekommen, aber liebevoll gepflegt und unterhalten.

Cons:

Schade, dass das dazugehörige Restaurant geschlossen war.

Friendly, clean, great location
Pros:

Can't beat the location at the lake front in the middle of the strip! Really friendly staff who graciously let us check in early - thank you! Big, clean rooms. The Lakeview rooms have a wonderful view and king sized bed. The rear facing rooms have a parking and mountain view and have 2 (queen size) beds. 2nd stay here and would choose it again when booking for Harrison Hot Springs! The included parking is a great bonus.

I liked everything. People may think that it is a little dated but that isn't important to me as it was clean

Nur ein schöner Ausblick, sonst nichts

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön, da man direkt auf den See schaut .

Das ganze Haus ist uralt und völlig abgewohnt, es wurde sicher seit Jahren nichts mehr daran gemacht. Am ersten Morgen sind wir von einem sehr lauten Geräusch geweckt worden (wir vermuten eine Lüftung ) die den ganzen Vormittag anhielt. Man hatte das Gefühl ein Hubschrauber landet auf dem Flur. Im Bad sind keine WC Bürsten. Auf Nachfrage wurde geantwortet, so etwas stellen wir nicht zur Verfügung 🙄, der Teppich im Zimmer ist von den vielen Jahren verklebt und überall verschmutzt. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist in keinster Weise gegeben. Wir hatten auch nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Für die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gibt es keine Filter. Nur für den Ausblick kann man sich sicher in anderen Hotels hier im Ort bessere Hotels buchen. Jetzt in der Vorsaison macht der ganze Ort noch einen sehr verschlafenen Eindruck und vieles wirkt sehr vernachlässigt. Schade für eine sehr sehr schöne Location .

Scenic views from room, probably wouldn’t stay in this particular hotel again though.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, sizeable. Great location on the waterfront and good value for money.

Cons:

We tried checking in several times at 3pm via the phone number on the wall. Unfortunately, the call wouldn’t go through as we have a foreign number, even changing sims etc. I’m not sure if this is a common issue but it was quite frustrating. I wouldn’t have minded so much if there was staff but there was absolutely nobody around! There is apparently a reception but we went back and forth trying to find it. In the end we went next door to the ice cream place where a really kind lady helped us and called her boss to get someone over there to help us. I get the idea but I think they should always have someone around at check in times for issues like this.
To add to my already long review, I got a booking.com scam via WhatsApp. The scammers claimed to be this hotel. When bringing it up with the actual hotel on here they seemed very nonchalant. Your customers are getting scammed. I know it’s not your fault but I hope you’re making an effort to protect them.

Excellent location, right by the water and close to many restaurants. Room had good sound isolation; we didn't hear any noises from the neighbouring rooms or the hallway. The AC was satisfactory and a lifesaver in the heat of the day. Beds were large and very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the water pressure was good in the washroom. The receptionist was super helpful and assisted us in securing an iron to tidy up our clothes for the wedding we were attending in Harrisson. Overall, it really surprised us positively! We got a lot for what we paid for with this accommodation.

Cons:

Nothing really; all our needs and expectations were satisfactorily met.
