Pros:

Excellent location!
Room was fine, definitely dated and could use a refresh but overall clean.

Cons:

There were some rather very large globs of long hair stuck to the shower wall which was a bit unpleasant, but clean otherwise.

Expected a no frills room for the price point and were just disappointed with overall cleanliness.
Pros:

Location was great being right accross the street from the lake. Room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Had to ask cleaning staff to empty garbages and provide fresh towels. There was a bug wrapped in a spider bundle ~2 feet off the floor in one corner. Main bedroom light cover contained a lot of bugs (living and dead). Mould in the tub/tile corners and caulking. Pillow covers with black marks (from dryer)?

Excellent location but needs a revamp
Pros:

The location was excellent. We arrived early but were able to check in, which was much appreciated. Free parking.

Cons:

The property could really do with a revamp. It is very tired
