Я в этом отеле уже не первый раз. Как всегда понравилась очень хорошая кухня и обслуживание в столовой.
Персонал старается и работает прекрасно. Отличная работа горничных. Приветливые и доброжелательные отвечали с улыбкой на все просьбы.

Cons:

Не понравилось раздраженное поведение администраторов на ресепшен. Не почувствовала дружелюбия и доброжелательности. Мне не понравился номер ,который мне предоставили. Номер - комфорт улучшенный, но расположенный прямо над кухней, со всеми вытекающими последствиями: работа вытяжки,коммуникаций, постоянный гул и вибрация в комнате, а также из окна идет запах готовящихся блюд. Отель был заполнен. И номера мне предлагали в обмен не самые лучшие. От безысходности заселилась в номер , выходящий на служебную зону. Сам номер не новый, но очень удобный,с исправной сантехникой мне понравился. Но наличие под окнами цеха по производству грязи стало проблемой для нормального отдыха. Рабочий,обслуживающий этот цех начинал работу в 5-6 утра. Было достаточно шумно. Но самое главное - это вонь от грязи, которая периодически начинала парить. Не только в момент работ, но и во-время дождей. Пар висел над цехом, и ветром его несло в окна. В одну из дождливых ночей удушливый запах в комнате просто не дал спать. Я обратилась на ресепшен с просьбой предоставить мне нормальный номер,где я смогу отдохнуть, и рассказала об ужасной ночи с запахом сероводорода в комнате. В ответ я увидела раздражение сотрудников, и услышала, что ничего подобного быть не могло, и никаких запахов не было, и мне все это приснилось. Я не владею итальянским, и объяснить проблему мне было трудно,но меня и не хотели слушать. Мне все-таки предоставили другой номер, это был дабл. А также выставили счет за замену номера, что в представленных обстоятельствах уже беспредел. Я доплатила еще 250 евро, просто не хотела совсем испортить себе отпуск, и так, проведенный не лучшим образом. Но,увы, отель, который был моим фаворитом много лет меня разочаровал. И я не приеду сюда больше никогда.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, sopratutto la piscina termale, i trattamenti benessere anche se a pagamento, la colazione, abbastanza anche il ristorante

Struttura un po' datata ma tenuta bene, pulita ed ordinata.
Cucina casalinga.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Piscina termale con molti ombrelloni e lettini, impeccabile.

Cons:

La mancanza di aria condizionata. Un disagio non da poco, visto che le temperature durante il giorno superavano i 30 gradi.

Preis leistungsverhältnis sehr o.k. Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals. Insbesondrs im Speisesaal und beim Frühstück, auch Rezeption.

Cons:

Ist halt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einzelzimmer
Ohne Ausblick sind eher besenkammern. Geht heute gar nicht mehr.

La posizione è eccellente, il cibo è buono e salutare e il personale è fantastico.
