Cons:

Na izbe bolo hlučno. Z vedľajšej izby bolo počuť úplne všetko. Raňajky by boli fajn keby zamestnanci priebežne upratovali stolík aby si človek mal kam sadnúť. Ponuka na raňajky bola slabá nič nebolo počas nášho pobytu na raňajkách doplnené.

Migliorare la pulizia e silenziare le camere
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dal centro. Lo staff gentile, l'esterno rilassante, con un po' di verde.
Accettabile per chi viaggia senza troppe pretese e, come me, sta in camera solo per farsi una doccia e dormire.

Cons:

Da migliorare la pulizia, sicuramente si occupano di quella ordinaria, ma con superficialità. Ho trovato polvere sui comodini, davanzali ed in bagno il box doccia non era il massimo, anche sul pavimento molta polvere. Il lenzuolo era macchiato, sono certa che fosse pulito ma bisognerebbe fare un po' più di attenzione.
La sera alcuni avevano la televisione ad alto volume, di conseguenza sono rimasta sveglia sino alle 3 del mattino: ci vogliono regole precise al riguardo, oppure bisogna insonorizzare le camere...

Consiglio di non includere la colazione (scomodissima da fare perchè bisogna uscire dall'hotel e attraversare la strada perchè il locale si trova di fronte, io, infatti non ne ho usufruito) e di investire qualche soldo in più per la pulizia (maniglie delle porte, box doccia, polvere, pavimenti da riordinare, lenzuola ed asciugamani lavati accuratamente).

Consiglio, inoltre, di adoperarsi dei cartoncini "DO NOT DISTURB" per evitare di entrare quando mancano i clienti (io sono uscita e al rientro ho notato che erano entrati per pulire, certa che volessero farmi un piacere, ma non ho gradito la cosa perchè non mi è stato comunicato, ne io l'ho richiesto).

The location was great, and it was clean.

Cons:

You could hear everything, the people in the room, people in front of the window. If you need a good sleep don’t stay at this place. Other than that the staff was nice and helpful.
