Pros:

Für alle die sich nach bester italienischer Hotel-Tradition sehnen. Wunderschönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Beste Aussicht auf den See und ein prima Poolbereich. Super freundlicher Service. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Pobyt ogólnie byl udany.
Pros:

Ogólnie pobyt w Hotelu Diana oceniamy bardzo dobrze. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, a na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje czystość. Pokój był sprzątany każdego dnia, codziennie wymieniano ręczniki, a podczas naszego zaledwie 4-dniowego pobytu wymieniono nam nawet pościel. To naprawdę zrobiło na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie.
Śniadania były dobre i wybór był całkiem duży, więc każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Minusem jest jednak to, że każdego dnia podawano praktycznie to samo. Przy czterech noclegach nie stanowiło to większego problemu, ale przy tygodniowym pobycie śniadania mogłyby stać się dość monotonne.

Cons:

Największym minusem była dla nas niestety akustyka i specyficzna konstrukcja hotelu. Okno naszego pokoju znajdowało się naprzeciwko okna innego pokoju, w odległości około 2-3 metrów. Przez trzy noce gość z sąsiedniego pokoju od około godz. 22:00 aż do 2:00 w nocy prowadził praktycznie bez przerwy rozmowy telefoniczne przy otwartym oknie . Wszystko było bardzo dobrze słyszalne i przez kilka godzin nie mogliśmy spokojnie odpocząć ani zasnąć. Zwracaliśmy temu panu uwagę , ale nic to nie dało. Oczywiście zachowanie innego gościa nie jest winą hotelu, jednak przy tak małej odległości między oknami komfort nocnego wypoczynku może być mocno uzależniony od zachowania . Można by delikatnie gościom zwrócić uwagę iż obowiązuje cisza nocna z poszanowaniem innych gości .

Quiet stay at classic Garda hotel.
Pros:

Great breakfast, beautiful grounds & unheated pool. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small. Wish the pool was heated.

Pros:

A tetőteraszről a kilátás gyönyörű volt. A kert szépen gondozva csoda szép virágokkal. A reggeli finom volt, a személyzet kedves, figyelmes.

Cons:

Kicsi volt a szoba és a terasz, de nem sokat tartózkodunk ott, szóval ez nem volt nagy probléma.

Frühstück, Lage und das Schwimmbecken waren hervorragend

Cons:

Badezimmer mit etlichen Gebrauchspuren Waschbecken war nicht weiß sondern sah schmutzig aus.

Tolles Personal, schöne Anlage, sehr gutes Essen - Erholung pur!
Pros:

Das Essen, Frühstück und Abendessen waren reichhaltig und sehr geschmacksvoll. Das Personal im Haus und am Pool extrem nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich einfach toll. Der Parkingbereich groß und schattig. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt.

Pros:

Frühstück und Personal waren i.O.

Cons:

Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick waren angefragt , konnte nicht vermittelt werden. Aussicht auf 3m entfernte Hotelwand war unser Ausblick.
Enttäuschung war groß .
Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war nicht möglich ,da Raucher in anderen Zimmern ihren Qualm aus dem Fenster bliesen.
Schade .Trotz Nachfragen auf Zimmerwechsel ,konnte der Wechsel nicht erfolgen.
