Организацию приема гостей, не все влпросы может решить сотрудник на приеме, вопрос о замене номера, проблемами с интернетом решал другой сотрудник, которооо либо надо было ожидать в определенное время, либо он находился в ресторане, куда надо было идти из ресепшена.Хотелось бы, чтобы вопросы размещения решал один и тот же сотрудник

For the price, location, and facilities it's definitely worth the value. Super friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff was really nice. I arrived late afternoon, walked from the train station there and left at 6am to the airport. Because I left before breakfast, the staff kindly packed me a breakfast to take. I had dinner there, ravioli and it was really good so was the cocktails.

I could hear other people in the building.

Aby dostać się do Citta Alta wystarczy 20 minutowy spacer, więc lokalizacja dla nas była w sam raz na jedną noc. Mimo że hotelik ma swoje lata świetności za sobą, jest tam czysto, pokój był wystarczająco duży na dwie osoby. Na krótki pobyt w sam raz.

Spagetti di Mare und die Pizza italienisch mehr als Top. TOP + wäre eher richtig. Die Begrüssung
zuerst ein kalter Prosseco, die Vorspeise Meeresfrüchte Salat ( hervorragend) Pizza und Spagetti Top +
Der Kellner äussert höflich und sehr freundlich

Cons:

Der Weg vom Zimmer zum Restarant. Man musste die Unterkunft verlassen und ca 50m um das Hotel laufen. Rezeption befand sich in dem kleinen Restarant wo das Essen gereicht wurde.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals machte dies Wett.

Nel complesso non è male per una struttura a 1 stella e per un breve soggiorno.

Cons:

La struttura ha sicuramente del potenziale, ma secondo me ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

In particolare, la colazione potrebbe essere arricchita: la scelta era piuttosto limitata, con principalmente brioche confezionate, pochi croissant e una selezione salata non molto ampia.

Anche il kit di cortesia in bagno potrebbe essere più completo. Inoltre, sarebbe utile valutare delle tende o una soluzione alternativa per limitare la piccola quantità di luce che filtra dalle persiane delle finestre, soprattutto nelle prime ore del mattino.

Con qualche attenzione in più a questi dettagli, la struttura potrebbe fare un ulteriore salto di qualità.

Близко аэропорт.

Cons:

Рецепция находится в ресторане.Официант он же рецепция. Подвыпивший официант был очень милым с нами и поэтому принёс обьедки после обеда других гостей. Было понятно, что еда не первой свежести. Цены не самые низкие. Короче, нужно ночевать и ничего там не кушать 😀

Wszystko na plus
Pros:

Podczas tego wyjazdu mieliśmy okazję wynajmować kilka pokoi i ten był naszym ostatnim, ale i największym zaskoczeniem! Po obiekcie z 1 gwiazdką nie mieliśmy wielkich oczekiwań, potrzebowaliśmy noclegu na jedną noc.
Pokój był bardzo czysty, wszystko co potrzebne w nim było zapewnione i nie była to mała klatka. Od samej rejestracji byliśmy bardzo miło potraktowani, wszystko szczegółowo objaśnione. Śniadanie, które mieliśmy wliczone w cenę również było bardzo w porządku. Coś słodkiego i słonego, dodatkowo kawka/herbatka/woda/napoje. Obiekt ma do dyspozycji też restaurację, co jest dużym plusem. Znajduje się też około 20 minut spacerkiem od Citta Alta.
