Pros:

TOP Hotel! Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum, man ist sofort überall. Zimmer war wunderbar und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet - absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor! Sogar eine Infrarotkabine im Zimmer, tolles Bad, tolle Dusche - insgesamt sehr geräumig! Außerdem gab es einen großen Balkon.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich! Weiters ist das Parken in einer nahegelegenen Garage ebenfalls gut gelöst. Außerdem gibt es eine nette Hotelbar.

Betrifft Zimmerzahlung!
Ich wusste nicht , dass ich das Zimmer vor Ort bezahlen musste, da ich ja meine Masterkarte bekannt gab.
Vielleicht kann man dass beim nächsten mal im E-Mail besser hervorheben, dass das der Kunde sofort sieht.

Everything was perfect. It was the fourth time we came to this hotel. The facilities are perfect and the staff is eager to help and solve any problem.
