Personál skvělí, snídaně s restauraci výborný, číšníci skvělí

Manzelska postel hrozná a polštáře byly že se to nedalo říct že to jsou polštáře, postel byla se dvěma matracema že jsme se neustále borily ve středu do díry, matrace měla být manzelska velká prostě jedna a polštáře s nějakou vyplní ať jé normálně pod hlavou, když se člověk chce koukat na TV v baru prostě nic pouze jedno vino s vodou čistou olivy a oříšky nebo už nevím, jinak pokoj s balkonem a koupelnou byl hezkej, pouze nás stvala postel jinak pobyt super a welnes co nám řekla na recepci paní nás zklamal že poze pro 12 lidí žádné plavky prostě nám řekla že musíme být nazí že prostě jen v županu, takže se nebudeme ukazovat nazí před druhými to nás naštvalo

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Für eine günstige Übernachtung in Roznov zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und im Verhältnis zu den inzwischen teurer gewordenen Alternativen um so mehr. Ich übernachte hier und in den anderen Hotels in Roznov seit über 20 Jahren immer wieder. Das Hotell ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht bestens zu empfehlen. Und da warum auch immer nur eine sehr geringe Auslastung des Hotels vorlag, war es angenehm ruhig. Das war früher nicht unbedingt der Fall.

Cons:

Der Check-In bis 22.00h war für mich etwas knapp bemessen, aber angesichts der Auslastung verständlich.

Pobyt v hotelu byl příjemný, personál milý, vstřícný. Vybavení pokoje hotelu zastaralé, ale vše čisté.

Cons:

Vybavení hotelu by chtělo zmodernizovat.
Co se týče jídelního lístku doplnit o další jídla, ze kterých by si mohl vybrat i host, který nemá polopenzi.
