Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig nah an der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber. Die bayerische Einrichtung sieht schön aus.

Cons:

Leider hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert, da es kein Empfang gab. Wenn man in der ersten Etage ein Zimmer hat zur Straßenseite raus ist es nachts leider sehr laut durch die Passanten, die vorbeilaufen. Außerdem hört man extremst oben die Leute laufen, so dass permanent ein geknarze in der Decke ist.

Die zentrale Lage und das es sauber war.

Cons:

Fernseher hatte kein Empfang. Im Zimmer knarrte der Boden, die Decke und das Bett knarrte auch.
Der Hof auf dem die Parkplätze sind, ist eine Buckelpiste und wird zur Lagerung unterschiedlichster Materialien genutzt.

Pros:

Hervorragend renovierte Zimmer. Das Bad ist perfekt.

Cons:

Sehr unangenehmer, beißender Geruch im Treppenhaus. Das Treppenhaus sieht echt alt und schäbig aus. Frühstück faktisch nicht bestellbar, weil das Restaurant keinen Bock hat (anderer Besitzer).
Die Lage direkt vor den Türen der Altstadt könnte deutlich besser genutzt werden. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist eine Frechheit.

Der Parkplatz im Hof, der Flur, das Zimmer, die Ausstattung. Fernseher ohne Funktion, überall leere Bierflaschen, stinkender Hinterhof, unaufgeräumter und verwildeter Hinterhof und Garten.
