Great location for visiting visa offices
Pros:

The host was very friendly and accommodating. After we complained we did not like the room we got (tiny bathroom), he moved us to much nicer one. AC was good and the room was spacious.
The location is perfect if you are coming to Colombo to do visa extension - only few minutes' walk from the offices.

Un desastre, hotel para uso por horas, sin advertencia alguna!!
Pros:

En verdad solo la ubicación era buena, para el objetivo de mi visita en Colombo, ya que estaba a 7 minutos del departamento de migración al que debía ir.

Cons:

Este hotel alquila por horas a parejas y a mi llegada no pude hacer el check in como estaba indicado en mi reserva a las 13:00 hs sino a las 17:00 hs, porque mi habitación estaba ocupada por clientes del día. No me parece que el la página de booking.com esté indicado nada sobre esta situación. Fue muy desagradable y además la persona encargada no hablaba nada de inglés, así que la comunicación era casi imposible.

Clean, comfortable and near to Immigration Office
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room, easy to find with very helpful staff. 10 minutes walk to the Immigration Office for extending your tourist visa
