Pros:

l'accueil . merci à Juliano . petit déjeuner correct .

Cons:

dans la chambre au rdc, la fenêtre grillagée donnant sur une cour minuscule où étaient entreposées des poubelles avec leurs odeurs . Chambre décevante à ce prix .

If you want location but willing to sacrifice room and noise then this is your hotel
Pros:

The location and proximity to the car park was great. The ease to get around Monterosso was extremely easy

Cons:

The room size and the layout of the other rooms made it noisy and not relaxing at all.

Very nice hotel, location, breakfast
Pros:

The nicest area, very good location, nice hotel, space of bedrooms y bathroom very good, two closet are good, the breakfast very good, very complete. Good access from the stazione y to the beach.

Cons:

I had a bad experience because I was bitten and/or stung by insects and/or a spider during the night of Saturday the 11th. I had to contact my travel insurance provider because there were so many bites, more than 15 in total. It was not a serious situation, but the bites were very red, swollen, and itchy, which made me worried and seek assistance.
I informed the reception staff, and they offered us the option to move to another room, but we only had one night left, so it was not very practical.
There should be mosquito screens on the windows, as well as insect repellent and insecticide available. In addition, the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly and with greater attention to detail to help prevent this kind of problem.

Pros:

Check in as smooth. We traveled as two couples and one room was made available to us three hours prior to actual check in.
Location was excellent. Shops and restaurants just steps out the front door.
Breakfast not only convenient but also very good.

Cons:

We had two rooms. Though my wife and I had a very comfortable bed, Whereas the bed in our traveling companions' room was not so comfortable.,

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:
