Das personal war sehr Aufmerksam, extrem nett und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.
Unsere Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Es wurde sogar der Pool extra sauber gemacht.
Der Pool ist nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, aber einfach zum Entspannen und abkühlen.
Ein Highlight ist auch das KA10 Restaurant direkt im Haus. Dort gibt es eine große Auswahl an sehr leckeren Essen und es ist auch sehr günstig. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr sauber!
Wir könnten problemlos drei Nächte verlängern und haben unseren Aufenthalt von über einer Woche sehr genossen.
Es war auch schön, zu sehen, dass das Team einen guten Umgang miteinander hat.
Und von oben, der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick.

Der Lüfter im Bad ist kaputt, wodurch keine Luft abgezogen werden kann.
Under Zimmer/ Bad war nicht ganz so sauber (einzelne Haare am Boden und im Bett).
Es wäre großartig, wenn es einen Sichtschutz für das Fenster geben würde, sodass man oben aus den großen, bodentiefen Fenstern sehen kann, aber der untere Teil nicht zu sehen ist. Aktuell kann man nur den gesamten Vorgang zuziehen, wodurch das ganze Zimmer Stockdunkel wird, oder die Vorgänge auf machen, wodurch man aber von außen direkt ins gesamte Zimmer und Bett schauen kann.

Eten was slecht, persoon kwam in de nacht kamerbinnen zonder reden, kloppen of te bellen met sleutel. Met manager valt niet te praten. Kakkerlakken in de kamer.

The location is outrange. Dirty place and not hygenic. The location is near to hindu temple which is dirty and lot of people. The room is smelly and the tap water is smelly. The photo only for illustration. Not real and lot of section is closed. The food is not as expected. Only teh a bit great. But overall is not as expected.

Bed sheets were appearing stained upon arrival. One of the 2 rooms felt too small although both rooms booked were in the same category.
