Wunderbares Urlaubshotel, alles hat prima gepasst.
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant liegt etwas separat, ist aber sehr schön und das Essen ist hervorragend. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus Wanderungen unternehmen.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Zimmer und fantastischem Essen!
Pros:

Tolles Abendessen, außergewöhnlich gut und sehr geschmackvoll gewürzt und zubereitet, nettes Personal und auch Chef und Chefin sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer groß und sauber, großer Parkplatz, über den Wellnessbereich können wir leider nichts sagen da wir ihn nicht genutzt haben.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten, die Beleuchtung im Bad ist sehr schlecht, für Frau reicht es insbesondere beim Spiegel nicht um sich zurecht zu machen. Frühstück passt vom Angebot nicht zum Abendessen, da ging noch etwas mehr ! Ansonsten gibt es nichts negatives.

Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Reichhaltiges Angebot an Brot, Fleisch, Käse und Früchten.
Sehr schönes SPA mit grossem Aussenbereich. TOP.

Cons:

Wir hätten uns in der Sauna etwas Dörrfrüchte und Nüsse gewünscht.

Luogo incantevole, ma con pessima gestione dei tavoli al ristorante con caos famigliare estremo

Resort di alta qualità per quanto riguarda accoglienza, camere, pulizia e servizi SPA.

Cons:

Pessima esperienza al ristorante in un hotel 5 Star in quanto ci hanno inserito in mezzo a tavoli di famiglie italiane con mamme urlanti ( tipica situazione con genitori che non sanno educare i propri figli) . Cibo che volava tra i tavoli, bambini che correvano tra i tavoli e giocavano sul pavimento i mezzo agli ospiti. Abbiamo segnalato l’esigenza di suddividere i tavoli in gruppi omogenei ( famiglie con bambini da una parte e coppie che desideravano tranquillità), ma a nulla è servito. Consiglio per gli utenti Booking : prima di prenotare e pagare chiedere esplicitamente di avere un tavolo tranquillo per coppia adulta ….

Gastgeber par excellence!
Pros:

überraschend grosses Hotel mit Unterführung zum Gastrobereich im Nebengebäude. Der Familienbetrieb seit Jahrzehnten vermittelt sehr viel Charme, grosse Gastfreundlichkeit, Liebe zum Detail. Jeder Mitarbeiter war äusserst zuvorkommend. Spa Bereich sehr empfehlenswert und auch wieder überraschend grossräumig für diesen kleinen Ort. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Angebot zum Dinner waren sensationell! Auch die Servicefachkräfte sind gut über das Angebot informiert. Solche Details bedeuten dem Gast sehr viel und macht grosse Freude.

Ein Haus ist nur so gut wie seine Besitzer und Angestellten. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Familie

Sehr sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer. Fahrrad Waschstation und abschliessbarer Raum vorhanden. Freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Essen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gerne wieder einmal.
