Lovely staff and perfect location!
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff is lovely.

Cons:

Might depend on the room but it could be a bit noisy because of its proximity to the plaza. But that’s also the great thing about the hotel. Bring a noise maker app!

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. The parking was really helpful. Amazing staff.

Fantastic location with a comfortable room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They offered great advice to make our stay very enjoyable.

Le personnelle de l’accueil était très agréable et serviable.
En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, il y avait peu de choix mais de qualité, donc s’était bon.
L’emplacement de l’établissement est parfait, restaurant accessible à pied, plage accessible à pied.

Top hotel in hartje Otranto, geen minpuntjes.
Pros:

Locatie was top en het personeel héél vriendelijk. Hotel was heel schoon en ontbijt meer dan prima. Alessia van de receptie kwam zelfs met ons mee om de auto te parkeren achter het hotel.

At hotellet er lite og personlig .
Perfekt beliggenhet , utsikt fra balkongen , veldig hyggelig ansatte . Tak terrasse med bar og utsikt .
God frokost . God seng . Hele hotellet er rent og innbydende .
Hotellet har egen parkering mot betaling .

Cons:

Det var litt vanskelig å finne parkering når man ankommer med bil . Man må nesten parkere et annet sted først , så sjekke inn og så flytte bilen .
Evt ring resepsjonen når man er utenfor med bil .

Absolutely loved everything about our time here. The staff were truely special too

An Incredible stay at this amazing location! What a piece of paradise! Rooms were clean and spacious; breakfast was plentiful and tasty . They had a rooftop bar with the most special view. And the Staff were so amazingly helpful in every way, food recommendations, any questions we had, nothing bff was too much for this team! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend

Only wish would be if they had a gym :)

Melhor impossível, valeu muito a pena
Pros:

Quarto limpo, banheiro impecável, muito confortável, ar condicionado excelente.
Café da manhã excepcional, muita variedade e qualidade, você pode pedir a vontade na mesa que eles te servem, além do buffet.
Funcionários super educados e atenciosos, te ajudam em tudo o que precisar na cidade.
Localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé.
Hotel lindo e tudo muito novinho, impecável.
Tem estacionamento fechado próximo, custou 7 euros a diária.

Cons:

Um pouco confuso para descarregar e carregar as malas, pois não pode estacionar na rua em frente e o estacionamento fica na parte de trás.

Modern building, great location and the hosts are very friendly and resourceful. I sure recomend Bella Vista on Ottanto. We are long time travelers and we never had such a great service as it was provided by Eleanora and the staff.
