Proprty good with ample parking space but needs improvement on two counts already mentioned.
Pros:

Property is new & clean. Location excellent.

Cons:

Staff needs to be professionally trained in public dealing.
All rooms on 2nd , 3rd , 4th floor BUT NO LIFT.

Pros:

Namastasya is a new hotel on the highway at Solan. It is convenient for transit. It is like a business class hotel, with fairly sized room, clean linen and comfy bed. The bathroom is clean, no complaints there. The staff are a bit detached but do their job.

Cons:

I didn't come across even a single smiling staff, be it at check-in, check-out or at the restaurant. Need some softskilling

very kind welcome at reception. staff was attentive and were giving best attention to all details
