It's fine for one night, but I was disappointed.
Cons:

The hotel didn't tell me in advance that I needed to reserve a parking spot.
The reservation confirmed that I had booked a room with a balcony, but my room didn’t have one.
Only one electrical outlet worked in the room, and there were issues with the air conditioner.
Breakfast consisted of coffee or juice and a bun/focaccia. For a hotel that also functions as a restaurant and pizzeria, this is very strange.

Pros:

Albergo in posizione tranquilla, personale disponibilissimo e molto cortese.
Ottimo ed abbondante il ristorante/pizzeria dell'albergo, vale sia per gli alloggiati che per gli esterni.
Animali ammessi (il micio non ha pagato)!
Dotazioni di cortesia (kit per i denti, ciabatte monouso, shampoo etc.) nella camera molto gradite.

Только на крайний случай, когда надо где-то переночевать. Хотя бывает и хуже
Pros:

Все можно было бы назвать терпимым, если бы кондиционер, который включил сотрудник отеля, работал, а не только гонял воздух

Cons:

Завтрак по принципу- попросил-получил. Не попросил- Поел непонятного печенья с тем что нашел на столе.

Hôtel moyens juste bon pour une nuit
Pros:

Le personnel sympathique

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle que italien
Le petit dej juste du pain et 1 croissant avec rien d'autre pas de fruits, de jus d'orange ou autres pas de plats salés
Si on avait su ça on aurait pris le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur

Disponibilità al massimo!
Pros:

Il titolare dell'hotel, una persona veramente disponibile, per un ns. problema, ci ha accettato in struttura alle ore 2.00 di notte. Siamo stati veramente sorpresi.
Camera piú grande della norma, pulita, bagno pulito e di recente ristrutturazione.
Per colazione, non mancava nulla!
