Great spot close to all the highlight hikes and cable cars. Helpful staff great facilities and room. Price is worth it.

Hotel Genziana er et virkelig dejligt hotel, hvor vi gerne kommer igen.
Pros:

Alt! Vi havde et skønt, stort værelse med balkon og udsigt. Det var funktionelt og rent. Den allerstørste ros er til personalet, der altid var smilende og venlige. Særligt tjenerne til morgen- og aftensmad skal have stor ros. De var nærværende og opmærksomme på eventuelle ønsker. Og de fik én til at føle sig som en kærkommen gæst. Også køkkenet skal roses, for hver eneste aften blev vi forkælet med lækre retter. Til morgenmaden var der velsmagende kaffe, frisklavet røræg, pandekager m.m. efter ønske.

Not flexible to reschedule !!!!
Cons:

When the hotel states that it is flexible to reschedule, this is not as flexible as it first appears. You are only allowed to reschedule within the season and sadly this caused us a lot of problems due to unforeseen circumstances. Booking.com tried to help us by contacting the property directly on our behalf but the property was very inflexible. Be careful that you do not need to change your hotel stay for any reason, it is not flexible !

We had a lovely time, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast fantastic.
Pros:

The setting, the location and the staff. The surrounding is beautiful, it is steps away from the Main Street of town and the shuttle bus and the staff was super helpful, courteous and friendly.

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the bedroom unless you opened the door to the shared balcony and if you did leave the door open the room darkening curtains wouldn’t close. The staff gave us a standing fan which helped but the room was still stuffy.

Excellent in every way
Pros:

Absolutely amazing in every aspect. The food, the facilities, the staff, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

My wife is vegetarian. Although there was a good selection on the antipasti buffet, a vegetarian starter option was not always available. Plus, no English channels on TV.

Great location to other towns.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located, breakfast was great, staff very friendly, very peaceful.

Cons:

I had to ask for a kettle, even though they had advertised there was one in the room, they sorted it quickly, but then never took the dirty cups away. If you are staying in the hotel you can obtain a free bus pass to use whilst staying. The hotel reception never told us thus, we found out the info from tourism office, when we asked at the hotel, they then issued, but had we not been to the tourism office we would not have known. Both only small things.

Hotel molt recomanable per descobrir els Dolomites.
Pros:

Hem gaudit d’una estada excel·lent. El menú del sopar era molt variat i de gran qualitat, i l’esmorzar també molt complet. El personal, especialment els cambrers, ha estat molt amable i atent en tot moment.

La ubicació és molt bona, a només uns 15 minuts d’Ortisei, i l’hotel ofereix targeta per busos, la millor opció per moure’ per la zona sense preocupar-se del cotxe. També disposa d’aparcament cobert.

Les habitacions són còmodes i ideals per descansar després d’un dia d’excursions. La zona de benestar és un altre dels punts forts, amb una piscina molt agradable, sauna seca i bany de vapor, perfectes per relaxar-se.

La Selva di Gardena és un poble molt ben situat, amb tots els serveis necessaris i una excel·lent base per accedir als telecabines i a rutes de senderisme o llogar bicicletes.

Cons:

sincerament, no hem trobat cap aspecte destacable a millorar. És un hotel totalment recomanable i hi tornaríem sense dubtar-ho.

מלון מקסים, אווירה מאוד ביתית, חדרים מרווחים, עיצוב וינטאג', הצוות מקסים, המיקום ממש נח והנוף נהדר.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר די בסיסית, אבל בסה"כ מלון מקסים ממש.
