Sehr Schönes Hotel mit eigenen Stil, Supper gegend zum Radlen
Pros:

Es Zimmer war supper und Kühl, sauber und die Dusche mit viel Wasser hat mir gefallen, das Frühstück war vorzüglich, und der Pool hat wie ein Traum ausgeschaut, leider hatten wir nicht zeit zum Schwimmen, aber wir kommen wieder

Eigentlich nix schlimmes, das Waschbecken ist etwas langsam abgeflossen, sonst wirklich top

Nydelig hotell med det lille ekstra. Alt er gjennomtenkt, fra servise til veggpynt. Deilig basseng, fantastisk frokost med god service.

Cons:

Hadde bestilt to rom, men de hadde overbooket så vi måtte ha ekstrasenger som ikke var komfortabel.

Pros:

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen, wofür wir eine extra Gebühr von 10 Euro/Person zahlen mussten. Dafür wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und das ganze Hotel hatte einen ganz individuellen Charme.

Cons:

Die extra Gebühr für unsere unverschuldet verspätete Ankunft von 10 Euro/Person empfanden wir schon ganz schön überzogen. Für uns als Familie waren das 40 Euro.

Das Schlafsofa der Kinder war unbequem (hart) Sowohl meine Tochter als auch ich konnten nicht schlafen.

Very disappointing customer service
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and pool wonderful with immaculate surroundings. The patio where we had breakfast was really lovely as was the breakfast and the lovely gentlemen who served us.

Cons:

I’m very sorry but I was massively disappointed with the customer service provided by this hotel.
The communication is poor and unhelpful. The hotel is not easy to access without a car (we travelled by public transport) and the advice I received from the hotel on how to get there was ‘get a taxi’. Well this is all very well if there is a good supply of taxis but there isn’t! We were waiting in Peschiera after a long journey for over 90 minutes for a taxi in 40 degree heat and then it cost 40euros for a short journey which is ridiculous.
On finally arriving at the hotel after 6pm we managed to use the pool for just over an hour before it was closed.
The next morning we had to check out at 10am.
I asked if we could stay to use the pool for an hour or so after checkout before we could get the bus but was advised we would have to pay 25euros each (so 75 euros for the three of us) as we were advised we needed to leave by 10am.
The children had literally just got in the pool so I had to get them out, get dry and get another overpriced taxi to leave the hotel.
Most hotels allow you to use the facilities before and after checkout at least for a few hours. I would have been ok with a small charge but 75euros is just ridiculous and an insult when we hadn’t arrived until late the day before. I thought the lady (?owner) was rude, not kind or accommodating and basically uninterested in whether people have a nice stay. Just wants you to pay and leave.
Of note there were other people by the pool who had checked out and continued to use the pool without paying. Perhaps it was my fault for actually asking if this was ok……
The other things I disliked were - single use plastic items in the bedroom , no glasses in the room for water (only tiny teacups) everything in the room you have to pay for even the water in the fridge.
Would we stay again ? Yes if the management was different but it was a shame to have left after a one night stay so disappointed and with upset children

Schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel!
Pros:

Kennen die Unterkunft, es war wie letztens sehr schön. Der Pool, das Restaurant direkt daneben der sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück war auch super!
