Comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Breakfast is excelllent

Room changed daily

Cons:

Paying to use an Iron - Never had to do that before in a hotel - 1 euro for 7 minutes is unecessary when paying a top rate - no water in irons either.
Arrived quite late (after midnight) and didnt really get a good introduction to were anything was from reception - I hd no idea where breakfast was or times or where to store a bike etc,
Emailed 2 days before arriving about bike rental - never got a reply ?
the day I arrived there were no bikes availble to rent and I went down the street (pinarello expoerience)

Top locatie, dicht bij het prachtige strand en zee. Ruim zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel.
Prima kamer.
Veel faciliteiten voor mensen die willen fietsen

Cons:

Airconditioning was zeer matig.
Liften krap er was regelmatig een buiten dienst. Mensen hebben zelfs vast gezeten.

Let op in zomervakantie is het hotel zeer gericht op families met jonge kinderen. Zodra zomervakantie voorbij meer gericht op volwassenen of ouders met babys

Posizione ottima, con grande parcheggio gratuito fronte struttura. Colazione continentale e disponibilità del personale alla reception.

Per essere un quattro stelle, mancanza di una serie di servizi che dovrebbero essere garantiti, seppur con formula economy: kit di cortesia, saponetta per il viso/mani… a ciò si aggiunge: forti rumori provocati dallo scarico merci, la presenza di una vasca con tenda usa e getta, arredi della camera usurati, mancanza di balcone, utile per stendere teli mare/costumi…

Really good hotel in a lovely part of Majorca
Pros:

Great hotel with really good facilities in a wonderful location. We loved the room. Food was good, too.

Cons:

It's a shame the hotel didn't do more to stop people putting towels on sun loungers early in the morning and reserving them all day!

Pros:

Hotel très bien placé à 150 m de la plage. La baie de Pollensa est magnifique avec possibilité de louer des bateaux ou des planches à voile. L’hôtel a un espace aquatique pour les enfants. Les chambres sont très confortables .Le personnel est très accueillant, que se soit au restaurant à la réception ou au nettoyage des chambres.Aucun problème pour stationner sa voiture. C’est la deuxième fois que nous y sejournons et je recommande

Comme dans tous ce type d'hôtel la nourriture est moyenne et il y a toujours des indélicats qui mettent leurs serviettes sur les transats de la piscine à 8h du matin sans que la direction de l établissement ne tente de les en dissuader.
