Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit auf einer Veloreise ans Meer mit unseren Bikes dort, kamen ca. 17.30 an. Kurz vorher hatte ich mit meinem Bike das Schlatkabel gerissen. Ich fragte Salvatore, ob er einen Velomechniker in Sesto Calende kenne. Er bejahte und sagte, er begleite mich grad dorthin. Zu Fuss gingen wir mitvdem Velo 10 Minuten durch vdie Altstadt und landeten schliesslich bei einer Garage, in der auch der besagte Velochaniker, der einzige der Stadt, eingemietet war. Nach kurzer Schilderung des Problems durch Salvatore schaute sich der Mechaniker die Situation an und ersetzte innert 10 Minuten vor Ort in meinem und Salvatores Beisein das Schaltkabel und zog ein neues ein. Nach einer hallben Stunde waren Salvatore und ich wieder im Hotel, und das Problem war einfach gelöst. Ohne das Engagement von Salvatore, des Leiters des Hotels, hätten wir möglicherweise einen Tag auf unserer Reise verloren. Das nennt sich buchstäblich Dienst am Kunden!

Ottimo hotel e persone molto gentili ottima colazione e cucina , l'hotel si trova in centro zona MOVIDA

Al momento della prenotazione per problemi con le valige che mi servivano spesso trasferirle dall'auto alla camera, avevo chiesto telefonicamente se c'erano parcheggi disponibili in struttura o comunque a pagamento nelle vicinanze . mi e stasto risposto che avrei comunque trovato dei parcheggi a pagamento in zona limitrofa almeno che non arrivadsi nelle ore della vita noturna dove i giovani vanno a fare festa... All'arrivo mi trovo in tutta la zona cartelli con divieto di parcheggio per via di una festa paesana PALIO e quindi mi ritrovo a parcheggiare l'auto a piu di un km dall'hotel . Penso che comunque avrebbero duvuto informarmi del PALIO per poter eventualmente prendere in considerazione la possibilita di cambiare hotel. Oltretutto il locale si trova in zona centrale MOVIDA dove ho dovuto subirmi fino a mezzanotte e mezza musica tecno a volume sostenuto dopodiche trovarmi i giovani sotto l'hotel a passare le ultime ore a chiaccherare a voce alta ,logicamente.... .La mia cagnolina sentendo le voci sotto la finestra abbaiava... per il resto sarebbe stato un posto molto bello sopratutto se piace il casino della notte giovane.
Cosa importante ho pagato l'intero importo senza possibilita di disdetta cambio ecc. Il pagamento fatto qui su booking era compreso di tasse di soggiorno e non avrei dovuto pagare niente in struttura , invece mi hanno fatto pagare 2 euro a testa per ogni notte passata.

Pros:

traumhaft-schöne Unterkunft direkt am Flussufer gelegen, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr netter Gastgeber und superfreundliches, aufmerksames Personal, super Service, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr ruhig gelegen in hübscher Altstadt, vom Verkehr der oberhalb gelegenen Durchgangsstraße nimmt man hier tatsächlich überhaupt nichts wahr
