Pros:

Fantastisk mad. Venligt personale. Lækker pool. Meget rent. Føler sig meget forkælet.

Cons:

Eneste minus jeg kan komme i tanke om er, at udendørs poolen ligger meget tæt på vejen, der har meget trafik, både gående og kørende. Der er forsøgt med afskærmning i form af flotte fyrtræer, men det føles næsten som om, at man ligger på vejen.

Pros:

מלון מעוצב בטוב טעם, עם איכות של מלון חמישה כוכבים וסגנון של מלון בוטיק. השירות היה אישי ולבבי, וכל בקשה נענתה באופן מהיר. כל מתקני המלון (בריכה, חדר כושר, ספא) הינם ברמה גבוהה, כמו גם הארוחות המוגשות במלון. התארחנו על בסיס חצי פנסיון ונהננו כל ערב מחדש מתפריט משתנה ויצירתי.

Das Meiste hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders der Service des Reinigungspersonals für die Zimmer war hervorragend!
Das Essen hat hübsch ausgesehen, war aber ansonsten Mittelklasse.

Cons:

Zu spätes Abendessen, Kellner sagt zu weiblichen Gästen Mama, Kellner merken sich nicht was man bestellt hat und fragen x-mal nach, bringen das Falsche oder vergessen es ganz. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Wir hatten 2 getrennte Zimmer, sollten die Getränke trotzdem in einem Betrag zahlen obwohl wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen hatten = unverständlich und unprofessionell.

I was able to relax fully here
Pros:

The rooms were stunning with dramatic views of the mountains and village. The pool looked lovely. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated.

Simply amazing!

Amazing! We loved everything about the structure.
Staff were so nice and welcoming, rooms were comfortable and spacious with a very comfortable bed, food (both breakfast and dinner) was incredible, tasty and of good quality. The hotel is located in an ideal location to enjoy and hike around Alpe Di Siusi. The structure of the hotel is so relaxing and beautiful: the swimming pool, gym, zen garden.. everything was so relaxing.
I would highly recommend to stay at the Urthaler and I would definitely be back.

Pros:

More formal than other places we stayed, but the service level is top notch. Nice pool and sauana complex that is included. The dinners and breakfasts were included for us. The food was excellent, without being quite as top notch as the facility itself. The hiking and biking are right outside and it is world class.
