Hotel Portoconte

Petit déjeuner très industriel, manque des fruits frais +++ banane pomme etc la plupart des fruits sont en boîte.. œufs et bacon sont bon mais c’est tout, jus de fruits coupé à l’eau, peu varié pour un si gros hotel.
Ne mette que deux petits pot pour gel douche et shampoing limite déjà pour se laver pour une personne… il faudrait mettre des distributeurs dans les douches avec plus de quantité et de l’après shampooing. Pas de café soluble dans la chambre que thé et tisane. Pourrait proposer le prêt ou location de masque et tuba…
Manque plein de petite choses pour le standing et prix de l’hôtel.
Les femmes de ménages font beaucoup de bruit dès tôt le matin, parlent fort dans les couloirs alors que les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés.
Bref c’est cher pour les prestations proposées même si le lieu est top, au calme.

Mit der Bus dauert ca. 30 Minuten in die Stadt (12 km)

They were a little disappointed with the overall experience and felt it didn’t quite meet their expectations for a hotel of this category. The rooms are quite small, the breakfast selection is rather limited, and there could also be more variety for lunch.

Maybe the breakfast could be a bit more various, but food is very nice.

Our stay got off to a disappointing start. As we arrived at the hotel, we could hear staff arguing and shouting outside, which was not a pleasant or welcoming first impression.

The overall appearance and décor of the hotel could also be greatly improved. It felt dated and, in places, rather cheap for a hotel advertised as four-star. The black plastic chairs and drinks served in plastic cups was very disappointing.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was good quality. But unfortunately, the room was very noisy. We could hear every footstep and doors opening and closing from other rooms and throughout the corridors, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

The breakfast was very basic and unfortunately the catering staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.

These issues affected our stay to such an extent that we decided to check out after just three days. Surprisingly, when we left, the reception staff did not ask why we were checking out early or whether there was anything they could have done to improve our stay. This was disappointing, particularly given that we had chosen to leave well before the end of our booking.

Normalmente non lascio recensioni negative ma devo fare queste ossevazioni:
Cibo sicuramente non al livello di un 4 stelle per una clientela italiana.
Colazione scarsa e troppo internazionale.
Servizio al tavolo veloce, a volte troppo.
Camere non insonorizzate quindi ho fatto molta fatica a riposare a causa di clientela chiassosa e maleducata.
In spiaggia la prima fila non è prima fila ,vengono spostati gli sdrai in avanti invadendo lo spazio, la privacy e la vista altrui. (Allego foto).
Quest'ultima per me è stata la cosa più fastidiosa in assoluto.
Nel complesso però un buon hotel.

On nous promet une vue mer, nous avons vu sur un escalier en métal par lequel descend tout l’étage, donc il voit dans notre chambre.

Petit déjeuner vraiment petit pour un 4 étoiles..

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h, on nous a remis les clés, mais rien expliqué ni sur le déjeuner concernant les horaires, ni sur l’accès à la plage et à la piscine.

Die Zimmertüre zum Gang isoliert absolut 0. Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt wie wenn die Türe überhaupt nicht zu wäre und die Person im Zimmer steht.
