La posizione 50mt dal mare

Cons:

Tutto. All' arrivo la reception era in un' altra struttura e nessuno cartello.
Hanno cambiato la stanza e c'erano due materassi diversi.
Colazione in un albergo e cena in un altro, senza possibilità di scelta.
Bagno con finestra bloccata .

Pros:

Que despues de pedir un cambio de habiación, me lo concedierón.

Cons:

Reservé en baltic, y me cambiaron al Haway que es del mismo dueño. Cogí este hotel porque ponía que tenía parking privado y no era cierto. El parking era en un lugar a 500 metros que tenia un acuerdo con el hotel. tuve que pagar 21 euros extra y e pareció un engaño. Ademas le dieron la culpa a Booking por poner que tenian parking.

Pros:

Staf giovane, sala colazione/pranzo sul tetto con terraza panoramica

Cons:

Che hotel ha più strutture ed al momento della presentazione non ti dicono che potresti non essere dove hai prenotato ed non avere la ristorazione nel tuo stabile ma spostarti ogni volta .

Oceniam ten hotel na pół gwiazdki a nie 3!
Brak małych lodówek w pokojach a na zewnątrz prawie 40 stopni gorąca !
Brak WiFi !!! Mimo że jest napisane na stronie to internetu w ogóle nie ma w tym hotelu !
Telewizja się zacina nie można oglądać !
Łóżka tragedia !!! Same sprężyny- można nabawić się bólu placów - ciężko się śpi , nie wygodnie .
Pilnujcie swoich rzeczy w pokojach nam zginęła siatka z rzeczami … niby pomylono ją ze śmieciami i sprzątaczka wyrzuciła !
Właściciel w ogóle nie dba o swoich gości i nie liczcie na pomoc i wsparcie gdyby coś się działo ! Prosząc o pomoc olał mnie mówiąc że to fake deklaracja z mojej strony!
Śniadania … hmmm niższa ranga !
Nie polecam tego hotelu i nigdy tu nie wrócę z moją rodziną !

Con il cambio struttura è andata bene
Pros:

Non ci hanno fatto pernottare all’hotel Baltic ma in un altro hotel del gruppo nelle vicinanze e visto da fuori direi che è andata meglio. Dell’hotel Ivana era buona la colazione

Non hanno la reception in hotel e se non era per degli ospiti che mi hanno spiegato come funzionava stavo lì ad aspettare per un’ora!

Bliskość hotelu do morza w niedalekiej odległości od ścisłego centrum Misano :)

Cons:

Drzwi od pokojów są na zatrzask, więc często wieczorami / w nocy słychać było trzaskanie nimi, co dla osób o słabym śnie może być problemem.

Esperienza terribile, camera più piccola di uno sgabuzzino, con una finestra minuscola praticamente attaccata al muro dell edificio di fronte…
Aria condizionata non pervenuta. Un incubo indescrivibile, non sono riuscito a dormire…
Da notare che la camera che mi hanno dato era in un hotel diverso da quello che ho prenotato, e nessuno mi ha avvisato o chiesto se fosse un problema, quindi sono andato prima dove avevo prenotato per essere poi rimbalzato in questa bettola…
Non hanno nemmeno il parcheggio privato come descritto nella descrizione della struttura. Ho dovuto lasciare la macchina a mezzo chilometro dalla struttura

Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, habe eine Kaffeetasse vorgefunden, die zuvor als Aschenbecher benutzt wurde!!!!!

Cons:

Personal extrem unfreundlich, habe den Preis für die Unterkunft sofort bezahlt, bei der Abreise wollte man mir den Preis nochmals verrechnen(?!)! Parkplatz mußte extra bezahlt werden obwohl im Angebot der Preis incl. angeboten wurde!

Sono entrata delusa, ma sono uscita con il Baltic nel cuore un saluto speciale alla cameriera Sara

L’hotel si trova nel centro di Misano, fronte mare a pochissimi passi dai migliori lidi
Alla mia famiglia è piaciuta tantissimo la colazione che era varia sia salata che dolce
Lo staff del living, dove si fa sia a pranzo che cena super cordiali e molto entusiasti di ospitare chiunque, anche lo staff del Baltic alla colazione, sempre contentissimi di ricevere ospiti e pronti per soddisfare ogni richiesta

Cons:

Al momento del check-in, abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi un’ora perché la reception del Baltic non trovava la nostra prenotazione con 32° fuori le valigie in mano, un cagnolino ed una bambina…
Da rivedere il servizio, all inclusive di pranzo e cena in quanto i ristoranti convenzionati non sono stati di nostro gradimento

Prenotato all'hotel Baltic ma soggiornato all'Haway... comodi i letti...ottime la colazione e la cena con molta scelta e addirittura una cena tipica romagnola...personale gentile...vicinissimo alla spiaggia...lo consiglio!

Erstens ich wurde in ein anderes Hotel untergebracht zweitens mein Zimmer war nicht so wie es sein sollte das Hotel ist sehr dreckig die Zimmer werden nicht gemacht es ist alles nicht zumutbar man soll auf einem dreckigen Tisch essen draußen wo der Tisch seit 3 Monaten nicht geputzt ist es gab keine Butter die Portionen des Abendessen zu klein man hatte nichts nachbekommen obwohl ich vollpension gebucht habe das kann nicht sein entschuldigung ich erwarte Geld zurück und da ist unverzüglich 50% möchte ich haben und sie betrügen und Lügen die Zimmer würden nicht geputzt keine frische Handtücher das toilettenpapier raus ich musste selber kaufen gehen das geht nicht ich habe bezahlt für einen ordentliches und sauberes Hotel und das alles passiert und wenn ich etwas zu essen möchte am Abend ich trinke eine mittele Portion und ich kriege nichts nach ich musste in einer Abstellkammer schlafen 2 m auf 2 m Blick auf eine Mauer entschuldigung das habe ich nicht gebucht
