Cons:

Siamo arrivati all'Hotel Baltic e non abbiamo trovato nessuno a riceverci. Abbiamo contattato la struttura e ci ha indirizzato a un altro hotel per il check-in. Su Booking l'orario del check-in era alle 12:00, mentre poi ci hanno comunicato le 14:00. Il parcheggio doveva essere 8€, che sono diventati 10€ via chat e poi 9€ all'hotel. Nota dolente, dato che potevamo parcheggiare in hotel (visto che successivamente sono arrivati altri lasciando lì la macchina) ma nessuno ci ha detto nulla.

Il phon, che doveva essere in camera, non era presente. Abbiamo trovato per caso una persona alla reception che ce ne ha portato uno, ma non funzionante. Decido di scendere per avvisare del problema, ma non c'è nessuno a riceverci. Ho chiamato entrambe le strutture, senza nessuna risposta. Mi hanno ricontattato dicendomi che avrebbero portato un altro phon. Dopo 20 minuti, ci è stato portato lo stesso phon di prima che avevo lasciato sul banco alla reception (desolata).
La colazione, ci era stato detto di farla presso l'Hotel Haway. Successivamente, al ritiro delle chiavi, di farla al primo piano del Baltic. Alla mattina ci rechiamo presso il primo piano dell'hotel Baltic, dove era tutto vuoto e desolato.

Disorganizzazione e sporcizia
Cons:

Disorganizzazione totale. Siamo arrivati all'hotel baltic e non c'era nessuno. Abbiamo contattato il numero dell'hotel a cui ci è stato detto che il check-in si sarebbe dovuto fare in un altro hotel che seppur vicino non era stato indicato precedentemente. Avevamo richiesto il parcheggio a Novembre (siamo stati lì poi a Maggio dell'anno successivo) perché nella descrizione era presente come servizio gratuito. Quando siamo arrivati lì alla richiesta del parcheggio siamo stati mandati a 600 metri dall'hotel in un parcheggio a pagamento (9 euro). Oltre a dover portare le valigie in giro fra i campi quando siamo arrivati, altri avevano parcheggiato gratuitamente all'interno dell'hotel.
Inoltre, durante il check-in ci è stato comunicato in un primo momento che la colazione si sarebbe svolta nell'hotel del check-in, in un secondo momento invece ci è stato detto di effettuarlo al primo piano dell'hotel Baltic. Arrivati lì abbiamo trovato la desolazione e zero colazione. Siamo dovuti tornare al secondo hotel e chiedere lì per la colazione che aveva comunque una scelta di prodotti limitata.
Nota dolente anche per la pulizia. Copriletto macchiato, sabbia nella doccia e capelli nel lavandino.

Pessima !!! Non fidatevi di pagare anticipatamente

Lasciamo perdere!

Cons:

Ordino una matrimoniale con balcone vista mare , pagamento anticipato 100 euro . Mi mandano un messaggio che la struttura nn è disponibile quindi mi mandano in un hotel topaia con letti separati e un buco topaia ! Mai più esperienza pessima !
