Pros:

Kjempefint hotell med en flott takterrasse med basseng. Rent og fint på rommet. Gode senger.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger ved siden av et stort tivoli som åpner kl 22.00. Det er også nærmeste nabo til en stor utendørs nattklubb. Det var derfor utrolig mye støy gjennom hele natten.

Çok kötü bir tatil geçirdim.
Pros:

Yok. Neden mi yok? Çünkü ödediğim konaklama ücreti ile aldığım hizmet kesinlikle birbirini karşılamıyor. Bu ücret karşılığında çok daha kaliteli bir hizmet bekliyordum. Aldığım hizmet, ödediğim bedelin karşılığı olmaktan çok uzaktı.

Cons:

Normal şartlarda daha kaliteli ve keyifli bir tatil deneyimi yaşamak için daha yüksek bir ücret ödedim. Ancak aldığım hizmet beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Yapılan değişiklikler ve uygulamalar hakkında önceden herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadığı için, müşteri olarak itiraz etme veya karar verme şansım olmadı.

İşletmenin tüm hakları tek taraflı olarak elinde bulundurması ve müşterinin hiçbir söz hakkının olmaması benim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Maalesef bu deneyimden hiç memnun kalmadım ve beklentilerim karşılanmadı

Great stay!
Pros:

Loved the rooftop pool and distance to the old town. I also liked that the hotel has its own section of the beach and it’s not crowded. The room was nice and modern too. Breakfast was great and staff were very nice.

Cons:

One night there was noise from adjacent club but it didn’t bother me .

Una vacanza indimenticabile in una struttura d'eccellenza abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa

Il personale merita una menzione speciale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire accolti come a casa dal primo all'ultimo giorno.
La colazione è un vero punto di forza: ricca e golosa, con un'ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.
La spiaggia è splendida e ben organizzata, con spazi pensati per godersi il mare in totale tranquillità, senza affollamento.
Ringraziamo di cuore la struttura e tutto il personale per averci regalato un ricordo bellissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Cons:

Monotonne ale smaczne śniadania. Włosi poranek zaczynają głownie na słodko. Mało miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy. Niedoróbki w łazience. Ogólnie jest dobrze, czepiam sie detali. Hotel ma potencjał ale pewne rzeczy wymagają poprawy.

Lovely 2 night stay
Pros:

Fabulous location right on the beach with a stunning rooftop infinity pool and Cefalù old town as a backdrop. West facing balconies enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Lovely modern hotel.

Cons:

Thin walls and doors so soundproofing was pretty non existent to the hallways.

Geweldige plek! Overtrof alle verwachtingen.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel. Mooie, koele kamers. Schoon.
Medewerkers van het hotel waren echt heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ze waren attent. Eigenaar is persoonlijk en steekt met zijn team veel liefde in deze prachtige plek. Op het dakterras is een zwembad en bar met heerlijke drankjes en lekkere bedden. Het uitzicht is amazing. De ligging is goed. Alle mooie plekjes zijn op loopafstand te bereiken.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker.
Het glutenvrije ontbijt mag iets gezonder en gevarieerder.
Dus toplocatie en zeker een plek om aan te bevelen en terug te keren!

Hotel de cartón, sin experiencia.
Pros:

Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Sin ayuda para subir valijas, sin aire acondicionado prendido en la recepción, colchón blando de los que te hundes, paredes de cartón. Música muy alta en la pileta.

A bit Faulty Towers . Such a shame because Cefula is beautiful.

Side view very messy and carnival equipment next door was very noisy with a party until 5 .00am

Bed and furniture shabby. Linen especially bed linen not crisp hotel standard. However the housekeeping staff were very helpful. . Foyer that is first umpression the plants were dead. Did not fill us with confidence that there was attention to detail Also our taxi to airport was booked for the wrong time.
