Small rooms, noisy, across road from nightclub

Monotonne ale smaczne śniadania. Włosi poranek zaczynają głownie na słodko. Mało miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy. Niedoróbki w łazience. Ogólnie jest dobrze, czepiam sie detali. Hotel ma potencjał ale pewne rzeczy wymagają poprawy.

Thin walls and doors so soundproofing was pretty non existent to the hallways.

Bed and furniture shabby. Linen especially bed linen not crisp hotel standard. However the housekeeping staff were very helpful. . Foyer that is first umpression the plants were dead. Did not fill us with confidence that there was attention to detail Also our taxi to airport was booked for the wrong time.

The room was functional with a comfortable bed and decent shower, but misleadingly described as a junior suite with pool. It's actually a normal sized double with a small decked terrace and cool plunge pool that's ok for dangling your feet in. The hotel is totally lacking in ambience, common areas are uninviting and empty. Overall it delivers a budget hotel vibe at a top hotel price.

- Soundproofing could have been ever so slightly improved in the rooms but wasn’t too bad.

Unfortunately, our room was located on the ground floor, which came with several drawbacks. The room was quite bright at night because of the building’s exterior lighting, which remains on until midnight.

There is also an amusement park nearby, which creates noticeable noise, especially in the evening.

However, the biggest issue was the sound insulation, which is by far the weakest aspect of the hotel. We could hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms and from the floor above, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

In addition, the breakfast room and bar are located directly in front of some of the ground-floor rooms. Early in the morning, the noise from plates, cups, and guests starts immediately. If you are someone who enjoys sleeping in or is sensitive to noise, this may be a significant inconvenience. Overall, the noise levels had a noticeable impact on our stay.

The check in experience was disappointing. It felt awkward & lacked any warmth or enough information. No help was offered with our cases when several staff were nearby. Our room felt small for 2 people. The jacuzzi was cold & not worth the extra cost, however that was my choice to book the room pool option. My husband used the gym after a frustrating experience being told it was open then finding it closed & having to find someone who then told him it was actually shut for a few hours. No water was provided in the gym when he eventually had access.
Breakfast service was unfortunately very disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. Every morning we had to wait far too long for someone to take our coffee order & I was told several times to wait because I had asked the wrong person to help. I had to ask for a spoon every day! It was virtually impossible to get further coffees. I did raise my issues with one of the waiting staff & they said they would tell the manager. The food itself & choice was good.
We did have a pleasant stay overall however the service does need improving in some areas, notably on the front desk & at breakfast.

It could be more accessible, given it’s a modern hotel - there are a large number of steps up from the street and no-one on hand to help. There is a lift but not from street level. The spa facilities are an extra charge which was disappointing.
